question on cloning

Yes use a rooting hormone and rockwool or rapid rooters or something. I have had bad results cloning straight to dirt. You can take as many clones as possible on a plant. Four definitely sounds doable off a plant vegging six weeks.
Im with Chubby^^^^^...I too have had very bad results cloning directly into soil...rockwool is great for clones, as well as some sort of jiffy plug or rapid rooter..^^^^

Cloning from dirt never worked for me so i built bubble cloners.
No need for rooting hormone just a small shallow tubaware contaire with hole drilled in the top with ducttape and little holes to put the stems of the clone down in the water with bubble stones creating bubbles and constantly keeping the stems of the clones wet and in about 5-10 days yo will see roots.
This is my favorite way and usually get 100% rooting

Those look cool, and I wanted to do one of those, but we ended up just going the old fashion way, rapid rooter plug and clonex, then chuck 'em in a dome.

I used to use clonex when taking cuts without my ezclone. The rapid rooters should work great for you. Anything but dirt.
just took a ride to hydro shop.they had all kinds of stuff, clonex, dip and grow, others too. excloner. sick! anyway i got the clonex gel. got rapid rooters and a cheap humidity dome. so after taking cuttings, use gel and put in rapid rooter. i never used these even with seeds. what do u keep them moist under dome, misting them a few times a day...? thats it?
