Cooling for 2 400w hps?

Im in the process of setting up y new growroom and i've decided to use 2 400w Hps, now the question is can i use one blower to cool the both? my fans spec are "4 171 cfm

Andre - How long is a short rope?

It's about as easy to answer your question as it is to answer that one. Take a look at some of the other many threads about cooling and look at the detail people go into to get this question answered. You need to supply a lot more information to get a quality response.

I vented two 400w cmh with a 170 cfm. Id say it worked alright but not ideal. I was also using it as a room outake, and 170 cfm didnt cut it in that catagory.

Just to give alittle more info on my room if anyone else wants to input; Its a 6', 6', 6'6" room and i plan to run 2 eb-flo tables with about 30-40 plants. Im thinkin i'll use this fan and another one of similar cfm to completly vent the room. Any and all suggestions are appreciated

I run a 4x4 setup in a 4x8x8 room and was using the 170 cfm to cool both hoods and cycle the air out of the room. It wasn't enough cfm to refresh enough air for a 4x8x8 but it kept the bulbs cool enough. I now run a 8" 470cfm to cool 800w hps and cycle the air.
Using one fan to cool the lights and another to vent the room is a good idea.
