shit caught me red handed with an apartment building property that I bought using bank credit....then, after I bought the shit......our stupid fuc...ng eastern european government passed some laws that made getting a loan in our banks almost impossible for the average person

the prices fell since many people simply can't get a loan...and since I bought wholesale and was planning to sell one apartment at a time....my profit ended up being much less then I planned

in America from what I read....shit also hit the ceiling...in fact before us

All the houses in my area besides moble homes are over 500,000k usd ... now with my ok job and my 8 lights I'm still in denial that I't will be a long long long time before I will own a home.

I have seen values in many area drop by 25% over a two year period. This could be good for potential new home buyers. FHA will come to the resuse buy them while you still can. Down payment assistance is only gonna last for people till the first of October so if you buy after that you will definalty need down payment money in place.

There are at least ten houses for sale on my street alone. People only buy banked owned homes out here in southern cali. My girl got layed off and now i am gonna have to cover her bills which are more then mine and i pay all the rent which is 1900 a month. I havent worked a legit job for over four years. You cant out here and really make it. I cant just scrape by in life i gotta eat fat.

I work in architecture and new building approvals are the lowest they have been in over 20 years (depending on the state) in Australia. The speed of the slump is what really surprised me...6 months ago I was working twice as hard. I was burning out so I won't complain too much. :D

Main causes are high interest rates and banks more wary of lending.

Southflorida..that was just the housing bubble. Cleverly created by bastards like yourself! :D...

Banks are bastards. They give out loans knowing full well the dumbasses don't have the money to pay later. You got to play the fool i guess. Survival of the fittest. But hey..works for me. Cheap repo cars anyone ? :D

It's the ''End of and Empire'' sale..and everybody with liquid funds is invited. Lot's of cash to be made even in these times. Just got to keep your eyes open.

We are no where near a crisis yet..when the real crisis hits..trust me you will notice it with every fiber of your being...

No. I havent seen any financial crisis in my neck of the woods. Matter of fact....my state is handing out their yearly oil dividend to us residents. Roughly $2000 USD per person in your family. And on top of that...they are adding an additional $1200 USD Energy relief to each person per family added to the dividend.
Average family of four=$12800.

Existing homesales are down....new are still going strong where im located.

Though....even if none of us were to receive it....financially....we as a state are one of the richest in the nation. We are not hurting.

Another thing that makes a difference is the fact I will never have a Credit card. I refuse to spend money I dont have....and then be nailed with a interest rate....haa

enticing though.....but from what i see with the normal american...they are about 10k in debt.....yah....no thanks

Alaska does pay you to live there. Well at least the people i know who live there say so. I would rather live in inflated cali though than anywhere else in the world.

the last figures I read somewhere sound like this America as a nation has a debt of around 50 trillion (don't know the exact breakdown....though)....but with mr.bush's appetite for military spending...sounds about right

with this loan crisis shit's is going to get even worse.....and all the banker's in my country say that their mother companies (huge european banks)....cut their money that they were receiving because they all had stakes in the American loan institutions and they got really blasted with major losses

once this happened all the banks using their lobby in our government pulled the strings and got laws passed where the average person in our country simply can't get a loan to buy a house or an apartment

this step caused the prices to slowly...but surely drop over the last two years...and now even stories are circulating in the media people are committing suicide because they can't pay their bank loans and are about to lose their property...of course they have problems with their heads....but the fact remains they are writing this as the main reason for taking their own life

all governments are bastards and parasites....no exception here folks....the only way to survive in these hard times is to do everything to live without too much credit...and do everything in moderation....except toking...lmao

time to roll a joint of amnesia haze and white widow and a little morrocan hash for some taste....and forget about these problems for a few hours

Man, I know there's a recession coming, hard to stay afloat and all, but smoking cat food isn't the solution.
