All right got to start somewhere!

This is gonna be my "personal" Diarie, filled with my different projects growing in different rooms and maybe some breeding attempts.

All my plants are grown indoor, in hydroponic (Aeroponic*, NFT and Soilless) amt useing dutch formula. (Advanced hydroponics of holland) new brand of nutes, first time I try it - input is very welcome!
Useualy been useing GHE and AN, this came cheaper and looked the same

Im gonna try to grow seedlings directly under 12/12, I have read alot about this tech and never needed to try it as I have always had moms or access to cuttings.

ALOT of bubblegum seeds where soaked in water and put in RW cubes, placed in the dark until sprouts apeard and it was placed under a 400 watt MH. A weeks time later the cubes where potted in netpots with hydroton, placed in a SOG Aeroponic* system under 1k lights running 12/12.

I also started 110 seeds of my own, a cross of some genes I lost when I had to close down. Let's call them Nephthys , they have some C99-pineapple and sweettooth#3 x Purple Maui in them.

*Aeroponic High pressure misting (5 bar ~ aprox 65 micron mist)

I just returned from a awsome reggae festival, full of love and wonderfull music and beutifull people all over!

Lost a few seedlings while I was away, but it all looks good so far. Just took my morning round did a fast check on things. pH, Ec, water/room temps and water level's in the reserviors.

I will take some pic's later today I guess!

Now where to start ..... The SSH clones I started as new moms are looking fine, been away for 4 days so they have'nt been waterd untill this morning.

The AFGxBG seedlings also look fine and they like the new spot, directly under a MH light.




I also took some new and better pic's of the table with mixed cuttings, they have been on the table for 2 weeks now and showing roots. Some of them do, did'nt check em all

More clones this is SSH clones ready rooted, they will go into a NFT aeroflo28 for a little veg and 10 weeks of flower. They are rooted in a rubbermaid with hydroton in the bottom, a little tab water and aprox once a day sprayed with Canna Rhizotonic deluted in tab water. I spray all my clones with this, no rooting hormones gel/powder used. It's tocix and can give hormornal side effects, so I desided years ago to quit useing it. Just started useing Rhizotonic af a folia feed for cuttings and I belive im gonna continue, the pic's do alot of talk. This cuttings are 14 days old, normaly my roots have only broken out of the RW cubes in 10-14 days and another week to grow to this size so I have cut a week of my rooting periode

I build this aircooled bat-wing reflector from 6" cooltubes and a adjust-a-wings, they give an awsome spread and the cooltube do wonders for the clima controll of the room. Im able to hold my wrist agains the glass under the 1K bulps, this is a good way to know if you have airflow enough to cool the lights. If you don't burn yourself, your plants will have a hard time getting burned too.

Im sorry if my posts are split up a bit, I wanna have access to the PM and chat room and need my 75 posts or something.

I don't care to make a bunch of "nice grow" comments, so i'll "multi" my own thread with small posts and hope it's okay. It would be nice to be able to talk with old friends again!

The new SSH moms are growing good already, they are still only hand waterd once a day with a small amount of mild nutrient mix and root stimulators. Hooking them up to the mother reservior will most likely fry em atm, slowing down the growth rather then boosting it. When they are a ft tall or so, drip feeders will be hooked up to feed the pot's 3 times per. 24/H

Back to topic:

The AfgxBG seedlings looks like I might overferted them a little or it's the folia feeding they did'nt like, anyway some of the leafs have little brown spots on em. Fresh tab water was given to them, so the ec have been lowerd and they should be fine again in a few days.

Im cleaning my aeroflo 28, have had a lot of problems with root rot in it for a long time. I have not found the sinner yet, it's been alot of hazzel.

Last year I lost ALL my moms to a systematic root desiease, thats a bigger bitch to fight then the borg it seems. Some how it keeps poping up again, in this system only! Changed location, new grow systems, new everything else then this aeroflo28.

I started new moms, cleaned the aeroflo as I useualy do and feeding line that was'nt enough. So I changed the Reservior and feedinglines, specialy the feeding lines can be hard to clean. Still the root desieas blossomed up again, so now I have been running a different but mild fungicides in the setup for 48 hours different stuff then I normaly use. Supposed to be used to clean and kill fungi in commercial greenhouses and food industri, I hope that will take care of it or im gonna throw the aeroflo out or something.

Now it's runnig on pure water to remove the fungicides and then It will be running a citric acid mix, had to order new citric acid as im out


I got 28 nice and healthy looking SSH clones going into the Aeroflo28, im gonna let them root for 2 weeks longer in the mother room then normal. This way I will have a big root system on all the clones, if they also get root rot when I switch em into 12/12

Some Aleria cuttings from another batch of clones where potted last night, they where supposed to be made into new moms, but it's 2 or 3 diff. phenos and they where mixed up by my noob. So im gonna veg them and just flower them i guess, the few with name tags will be made into moms tho.

He will learn after I make him lable ALL the clones next time, that way he can't mix up my system with his good intentions. It's also better then ppl who do nothing cos they are afraid to do somethign wrong, as long we learn from our errors it's all good in my book.

The BG seedlings are doing fine, some are doing better then others and a few died. The room temp have been a bit high for seedlings, still need a A/C here and a few other important instalings. Im gonna move the plants together and close of some of the feeding system, shut off a little light and it's all good in the hood untill I get the A/C installed.

Last I got the Nephthys seedlings, they are not as big as the BG's but much more even in size and less seedlings died. Nephthys should also be more indica dom, where the BG i got is a sativa dom Bubblegum breed by a mate from the same genepool used for BOG's and HT's BG.
