Mycellium growing on my plants soil???

I just checked a couple outside potted plants i have,Casey Jones and a HPxDC,since it's been a real rainy 2 weeks here. I looked at them and their appears to be white fluffy mycellium growing in patches on the top.If you've grown shrooms you'll know the puffy white I'm talking about, sorta like when a casing gets run over with mycelia before cobweb mold/contams set in. Is this bad? I did find a tiny little shroom(VERY cubie-looking) popping out of one of their's soil the other day.Ideas?Remedies?
I sprayed a very light mist of neem oil/H2o mix I have a few hours ago,and it doesn't seem to have returned......YET.

if its growing on the soil, i would say the only thing is its not drying out and possibly not getting enuff airflow. which may cause to budrot or mold within the plant.

I've been pulling them in the past few days when it starts to rain in hopes of drying the soil out a bit. They're in smaller pots right now,and I was going to transplant them and start the flowering. Do you think this will help? I'm fortunate enough to have easy access to them(my yard)and a dark cellar to throw them in at night for their 12/12 time. My cellar is usually my indoor grow spot, and is kept clean,at 72degrees F. and an RH of 54%. If anyone has any other suggestions to help stop this, feel free to chime in.Thx!

Hey smellmyfinger,

I noticed the same thing happening at one of my plots. I don't think it is anything to worry about dude. It is only happening for me in my spot which is in full sun, and the 2 plants there are my biggest ones! I too know what you are refering to with the mycellium, but seriously think about it...Would it hurt the plant even if it was growing shrooms there. mycellium grows up, roots down. Anyways I will let others chime in maybe I am wrong and not too late to save my babies!
