I Need Some Help and Advise

I am hoping someone can help me with a recommendation for a Lawyer specializing in Prop 215. I was arrested on Saturday and charged with 3 Felonies having to do with Clones for sale and manufaturing. I am currently looking through the NORML legal referal section, but would appreciate any help from folks that know who is good! This happened in Placer Co. CA. I am very scared and am trying to keep a strait head. I have never been arrested or been in any legal trouble. Please help me if you can.

well only one i can reccomend is allison margolen (sp) or her dad bruce but they will be really expensive. i know there are a few others that rock but cant think of them right now.. how many clones did you ahve just out of curiosity.

Thanks everybody for the feedback. I think I have found one of the best in the state and am in contact with her. I am legal Prop 215 and was arrested by local police. They laughed at my recommendation. When they decided that my attitude was not to their liking, they cuffed me and made me sit in the back of the patrol car with the windows rolled up for nearly an hour (very hot!). I can't believe how I was treated - subhuman.

Folks - I have allways been wary of the police, for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately, these "Good Ole Boys" do what ever the fuck they want, without consideration of the damage they inflict.

if you are well within your limits, and they took your property, you should SUE their ASSES!!!! The only way to get these idoits to stop is to prosecute THEM for breaking the law.
