Fast Finishing Sativa in Seed Form?

I'm looking to find a fast finishing sativa less then 8 weeks in seed form that I can buy from a seedbank? I have heard of Trainwreck and c99. is there anything else? I would like to hear your opinions.

Dont get greenhouse trainwreck, its nothing like the original ,the wreck from BC is the only other commercially available trainwreck line available in seed form at the mo.
Flo from DJ short can be pretty fast to flower and can be harvested after 7-9 weeks depending on phenotype.

Yup - Flo is 7-9 weeks alright, and a superb high - very crisp, clear and up. Smoking some now. Only downside is lower yield and vertical growth structures, but I'm working to change some of those traits as I write...:)

MNS super silver haze baby.

I have never seen a SSH finish in anything like 8 weeks, I have seen 1 10 week pheno but it really needs 12 to 14 for the best quality especially in the hazier pheno's.

Grapefruit from FS is an 8 week sativa that is 75% C99 and 25% pure landrace sativa but it is a little thin on the ground until later in the year, maybe september I have heard. Top quality sativa that is ready in 8 weeks, strong grapefruit smell and taste and the high is excellent, good all day weed. Less edgy and racey than it's sister C99 but with the same flowering time.

mauiwowie, thanks for the reminder about grapefruit, it has been out of stock so long I had almost forgotten about it....

S.African strains can be good quick finishing Sativas, Durban, Swazi and Power Plant spring to mind, Tiki's Bambaata looks very promising too. I grew a 45/50 day Swazi for many years, a friend was better at it than me, he did 9x9 SoG's with it, getting over 1K/M²

Could you expand on this a little more? Do you mean alotta space between internodes? I too have a pack of Flo, but before I pop it, I'd like to know as much as possible. I'm currently not able to house crazy sativa monsters in my grow enviroment(I really wish I could tho:smile:!!!!) Thanx for your input. Cheers, stay green/safe/healthy/happy!

Well Flo would be perfect then - you could probably grow it SOG easily, as it tends to a 'pole' structure - not branchy at all. But the buds aren't that big, so it's a balance between size of plant, and how many you can cram in...:)

I'll hopefully be doing the Flo as well before I die of old age.LOL.It is a strain that I have wanted to do for a looooong time...thanks to EM for getting me off my butt, and ordering some.

You might also consider (if the descriptions of Flo haven't got your juices flowing) DTC99.That is a quick one too by all accounts. You might have to do some looking around for it,but you might consider that one too...after you do the Flo that is.

mandala#1 is a good sativa choice 75 per cent sativa i think. very very old school high fast and also suitable for outdoors. kalichakra is an unreal high an awesome sativa stronger than mandala 1 but takes a lil longer but seriously im sure any 1 who has grown kalichakra and found the "right" pheno will agree, good yield a positive frame of mind and unbelievably a great painkiller while still being totally functional - rare thing. as for the flo id like to try that 1 as all i hear are great reports. problem with kalichakra is mandala arent selling at the minute unless theyll let u buy em direct at www.mandalaseeds.com

Mandala 1 is mainly Indica, at least the ones I grew. I was pretty disappointed with mine, won't try them again.

Last year I grew World of Seeds "Kilimanjaro" which they claim to be a Kenyan sativa. Don't know about the Kenya part, but definitely mainly sativa, averaged about a pound per plant and cut them around September 15, which is a month earlier than the Apollo 11 and Black Domina I had going at the same time. Not super strong but a good smoke, nice clear "up" high, not a psychedelic sativa like the haze family but definitely not an indica smoke. They're real cheap, about US $35 or so for 10 seeds.

A bud...

And a whole plant...

where do you find world of seeds at?
