Hello friends
Thankyou all so much for dropping in and sharing out space with us. We are honored that you enjoy our little piece of life.
MrsB has spent alot of time in the garden this season and everything looks like it loves her as much as she loves it.
Glad you guys are enjoying the show. Sorry about my lack of post this season but ive been working out of town and the commute leaves me alot less time then most seasons.
As you can see we are working hard at keeping our plants on the small side this season and trying not to let them overgrow like other seasons Its tougher then you could ever know. Just want to stay safe and not have any trouble this season so we are trying to not walk the line and stay well below the radar But it is what it is. We are so grateful to live where we do and be able to grow our own meds !!

Took a little ride today and shot some pictures. First picture is in our backyard. The rest are out in the woods.

The lettuce deer looks cute , but still mrs.babba ,it will look more cute whit sauce and potatoes and then you get your lettuce back

OP..nope not medicine lake, havent been there in years, water skiied on that lake once, it was pure glass, we were the only ones out there, never forget that, sooo much fun!!

Question: What does "shaking the silk" do for the corn?
I tried to grow some and got 1- 1 1/2 ears per stalk.

We are picking lots of veggies these days..I love going out to the garden and get something fresh for dinner that night!, cant beat it!!

Heading down the home stretch here...making that final turn!...wont be tooo long now, we have had some really hot days, the girls are loving it!

olddrifter....it happens naturally but the top of the corn had seeds that fall down into the stock and thats what makes the ears...I just shake em a little to help, Im sure it doesnt make any more ears but I do it anyway
