uNABLE TO ADD COOKIES/need help

I had a thread started in the grow diaries section and i cannot open the page cause i always get the=
unable to add cookies header already sent message.
Ive tried to delete all my cookies and restart my cpu with no luck. could one of the mods pls help me open this thread so i can update .
the thread is located in my sig.
