I have a 5 foot tall plant of a bagseed strain I've been growing for a bit now... its not even flowering yet, and its in the ground still going strong. Any predictions on yield? I've never seen a plant this big... I also have a plant about 3 feet tall but split into 3 main colas... also, any predictions?

i say learn how to grow it big and get better genetics next time. if the flowers where good when you found the seed or seeds.. then the flowers you will get should be good too... a ton can happen from now till the end .. my best advice is to not count your eggs just quite yet my friend.. i also need to see some pictures to even guess.. get some nice flowering nutes and gear up for the next couple weeks. good luck!

Thanks guys,

This is certainly not my first grow, nor will it be my first time harvesting this strain. The strain is a VERY heavy yieleder in my experience, the last two I harvested could not hold themselves up under the weight of their own buds and required lots of propping...

I have fertilizing under control, I am an organic gardener and have it covered.

Both plants are confirmed females, I have about 12 others going, but this plant is just ridiculous. This is my 4th grow, but first in the ground, so I thought I'd toss it out there to get a general idea of what is possible with a 6 foot flowered plant.. maybe even 7.

For example, can this plant potentially yield a QP? Obviously you guys can't just guess yield, especially without seeing the plant, knowing how it will bud, how it will dry etc.

Ive had plenty of 6' plants yield 12 oz's or more, especially if its a big yielder. The 3' could yield 7.

I have seen 4 oz and 17 oz from a 6 to 7 foot plant. It just depends on a lot of other factors.

Thanks guys, thats about what I figured... I just got excited when i got back home and checked this plant after a month... it sure shot up quick! I'll be more than happy with 3 Oz... its all for me and I don't even smoke more than a quarter of good bud a month... this should last me a long long time.

If you have topped and trained the plant correctly you can yield a few pounds off of one plant. Lat year my boy in oregon pulled three pounds off of one plant 10 feet tall. It was also prolly ten feet wide too though.

Is this like a dumb game? I mean You are the only ICer with a 5 foot bagseed of that variety ... Ok I'll play. 7 and 1 half Ounces (7 1/2 zips for you stoners) ... What do you think I'll yield off of my Indoor Mass Super Skunk X Sourbubble BX1?

^^^^^^hehehe...

ok mate.. lets give you my seasons past with 5-14fters...
i have seen 14 oz with a 5 ft.. up and over a pound on 14ft...but like everyone has stated ...... your genetics are not the same as what i have seen .. so i have NO idea what you will get .. if you have grown this out before i am not sure why you are asking us ..since non of us have grown this out before.. because in the end if we have never run it .. and there are no pics.. whats the point of asking us? just because its cannabis does not mean that every plant/genetics will have the same traits ... ........

in short .. get some pics and a back story on where the seeds came from so we can try and figure it out.. because this is simply to tuff to go off...

Yeah definitely well said LemonCake.

I know people post dumb questions like this all the time, and I shouldn't even be asking as I guess I had an idea of what I'd get, knowing the strain and all.

It was just easy to get excited and brag about my plant... from a CFL SOG'ger like myself its just exciting to see mother nature shooting this plant up an inch a day. I'll keep everyone updated and maybe try to get some pictures too... I was going to have a log here but never took the time... it wouldn't be my first log, but first for IC.

Haha, I know exactly how you feel. I grow indoors, under CFLs and floros, plants never get taller than 3 ft, probably even shorter. I've been able to get about an oz from a plant but not much more. Now I have a big ass plant outside thats as tall as me, about 5'6 and another one about 3' tall but about 4-5' wide, I have no idea what they'll yield either. I guess we'll just have to keep our fingers crossed :)

I yielded a half pound from my 5 foot Trainwreck last year-- I am hoping for a half-plus from each this year also-- I got a QP+ from each of my 4 spring-plants (Indoor veg, force-flower in April) and they were only about 3 feet....2 were Kush-- :rasta:
