Bloodsport, its a cheesy Van Damme movie, but one of my faves. When he fights the big dude at the end.
Lethal Weapon, Joshua(Gary Busey) vs Riggs(Mel Gibson)
Kill Bill, Star Wars both have some great fights, Yoda fighting in one of them was a good one.
Kickboxer, Van Damme vs Tong Po
But my very favorite is the first Rocky movie.(Stallone vs Carl Weathers)
Also Rocky 4 when Rocky beats the Russian boxer played by Dolph Lundgren
The movie Gladiator is one of my faves too, not the Russell Crowe movie, the small budget boxing movie, with some white dude I cant remember the name(James Marshall), and Cuba Gooding, Jon Seda, Robert Loggia, and Brian Dennehy.

The best fights seem to be in bad cheesy movies for me.

Gangs of New York first gang fight sequence.
the music, the images, and Daniel Day-Lewis, for me put goosebumps on the back of my neck. i felt that this was what it was like in a good ole fashioned dust up. ok ok maybe it was a little over the top, but DAMN! (movie got a little long but the fight scene is worth the cost imo)
