I wasn't specifically answering your question, but only replying to the general topic at hand. This year I'm trying out other fertilizers. It's only my second grow.

This is a purple urkel i grew last year. I used no extra fertilizers besides what was in the soil mix. Fox Farms Ocean Forest cut 50/50 with Kellogg brand compost. Once a week, I would pee directly into the waterign can (eww gross!) add water and water. No measuring to be completely honest but I would guess I pee'd out about a cup to a cup and a half into a 2 gallon watering can (I didn't pulled out early). I did this all through July and stopped when I noticed it was flowering.

Not too shabby man....For people with an extremely tight budget,urine might be the wonder veg fertilizer...as Ive heard that it has too much nitrogen for flowering...Ima def use urine for my first grow....I really think all the Home Depot fertilizers are bullshit...made for tomatoes and not healthy to cannabis...what about using horse manure to fertilize??

Like I said above, all animal waste was meant to be used for plants. Try it out and let us know how it goes if you have the space. Use one clone as your control.

If its your first grow make sure, first of all, that you have a healthy rich soil as a base. It's hard to go wrong from there as long as you keep it watered.

But at first, he thought it was from smoking the piss bud.

Don't ferment it. 1/15 ratio should work out. meaning for every cup of piss, mix it with 15 cups of water. then just water as usual

So what do you think fermenting it will do?

Because around February (sorry guys this is going to be a disgusting story) I really really had to take a leak in the middle of the night. I had a gout attack (which means I COULD NOT walk - this is why I use medical MJ) so I took a 1 liter pepsi bottle (the kinds with the giant caps) and I took a leak in there. I woke my wife up in the process. It's funny because the hole reason why I pee'd in the bottle is so she didn't have to get up and find me my bedpan.

So now I have a liter of pee 4 months old fermenting because this year I decided to try fox farm grow big.

Meh, I think you're exaggerating.

2.2% maximum by volume, divided by 10 or 20?

A simple plain water flush occasionally will keep those amounts reasonable.

been doing the pee ferts for a year almost my usual method

pee in a jar fill jar with water put lid on and leave on a shelf

fill measureing cup [not the kitchen one] 3/4 full water and top off with diluted pee
add to soil about once a week or so add compost tea with wood ashes right before budd cycle add bone meal if i have it

If anyones gonna do this I highly recomend they use a good ppppm meter. Ya dont wanna fool with pee. Handel all pee with 4' tongs and wash your hands after mixin.

lol. I hope ur not serious... Urine works fine in soil, mixed 10:1. At least for veg... Works ok for flower but probably should be supplemented.

ok...after reading about using pee as a nutrient, i have decided to experiment on my own. since i had two shiva-skunk plants at the same growth stage, i thought it would be interesting to try the pee on one and black-strap molasses on the other. that was a couple nights ago. i used 8 ounces of pee mixed into one gallon of plain water and two tablespoons of molasses into one gallon of plain water for the other one. no other nutrients included in either one.

both plants were very healthy and had been switched from 18/6 to 12/12 at the onset of the experiment. will keep you all up to date as things progress.

I've used my urine in my vegging. It's an excellent source of nitrogen. I have beeturia & I want to feed them after some beet juice to see if they like that?? If you can't get the fish emulsion go with the piss. 10:1 Also if you've a stunted plant use it on them to kick them into gear.
