can't wait to see what you get! we're running 3 wf's right now under 1000w hps, 2 chronic +1 Afghan....1st week of 12/12. we took waterfarmfan's suggestion of using airstones in the wf's and so far so good. the babies are a little leggy but our light was too high in the early days. next time we'll shorten the distance

Ok ill update you guys on my progress the water farm seems to swing the PH up and ive been told to leave the PH on the low end(5.5-5.8) and let it slowly creep up till it gets to (6.2-6.4) and what i do is in one week ill just adjust the PH and top off the rez, when the week is through ill go ahead and add new water and nutes and PH accordingly and start again.
Growth is very slow but i do see roots developing up over the RW cube and anchoring to the peat pellets ill get some shots up soon. The plant is other wise very happy and healthy lookin just very slow, i assume once the roots have really taken a proper footing it will explode.
Currently using Advanced Nutrients Grow A&B(2tsp's) Voodoo Juice(2 Tbsp) and last week i used green fuse root juice(3/4 tsp).
Elemental thanks mate ill be proud once this plant has exploded and the roots have poked through the drain holes on the bottom...till then im just flappin my cock in the wind

looks like a good set up. i am new to hydroponics myself, so its great to hear all these ideas. paradoxed, i love the idea of the powerhead. that is a great alternative.
Well everythings been moving slowly, but ive noticed a root growth explosion ever since i added piranah and voodoo juice and sensizym ive been keepin the PH @ 5.5 and within 2 days the PH is up to 6.5 all i simply do it adjust the PH back to 5.5(& top off twice a week). Ive been adding a new mixture of nutes every week, this being my first time with hydroton and water farms is going pretty well this D-39 clone is starting to really take off!

Get used to the pH swings its normal with the buckets i fought it the first time i used them and was adjusting it like a fool. I have found that i set it to 5.5 and let it swing to 6.5 and adjust this works well for me i do recommend using AN's pH up and down as it works the best. I also recommend complete water changes every week but that's me.

I use flood and drain buckets (a little different)and have little swing once things settle down a bit! I'm sure they will for you too! Here she is ..i finally see some roots growing into the rez, i changed the water out 3 days ago and there were no roots so this is all new growth!!! it wont be long now before this thing takes off so in about a week or two ill be putting her into flower. Ive noticed this water farm clone stinks way more than the sisters in soiless bcuzz hydro mixx..im very impressed with the smell on her the growth was avg almost leans toward the slow side but not much slower than the soiless medium counterparts so i am considering buying an E&F table or some dwc buckets...its way cleaner than dirt for sure! here are some shots

yo yo zack rock already did make holes larger...i didnt make the too big, but i used a plstic reaming tool that worked like 'butta' i swiss cheesed the bottom with a few of my oen holes as well without damaging the structures integritry thanks tho

yea BIG TIME!!! voodoo juice, piranah is big boy shit!!! haha expensive but SOOO worth it!!! sensi zym has shown me great results also!!! i love most of AN's additives and enhancers but their BASE ferts lack something. I tend to use fox farm grow big for veg and flora nova for bloom for base nutes, then all AN additives and enhancers!!! theyr eally EXPAND the shit outta your buds!!!!!!!! the roots are going NUTS they are twice if not three times as big as the last pics(new shots up soon)!! i put her into 12-12 on friday!! she should be going nuts soon!!! pics of roots soon!!!!
