Ogre Takes Sam The Skunkman's Original Haze x Skunk#1 Outside!

H

Habibi

mine is the thai haze, i use organics only with sativas like ours, and feed lightly they burn easy if fed too much.

dont use flora hydro series use flora nova if anything, id say honestly buy some guano and just top dress the plant. if you gotta use something other then organics just make sure to feed at a low dose

Whatever you are doin is working so I wouldn't change anything including your nutes until I see something is missing. Right now she looks healthy and growing like crazy. There may be enough of whatever your flower-girl needs already in the surrounding soil.

Yeah something seems to be working (for now) but they're going to need some nutes soon. When I put them outside, each plant was planted in about 3 gallons of miracle grow dirt that I got from Lowes (I know I know). Other than that there is nothing but sand to draw water and nutes from and I can tell ya...there are ZERO nutes in this sandy soil.

Nice grow Ogre. Cant wait to see them start flowering for you. Maybe you should think about LST that big mother down. Or at least stake it down before it gets too late and something bad happens to her. They look like they're loving that spot you got them growing in though. Good luck man.

Two things,

Why not tie her over? or maybe atleast top her?

There are a ton of P. Cubensis breeds, they make up the large core of psychedelic mushrooms. :)

I want to see how big she get's so I'm not gonna top her. I just hope no one sees her tall azz. This is more of an experiment than anything just to see if I can grow one outside.
Those shrooms are common gulf coast psilocybe cubensis. They aren't that potent but they can definitely get the job done.

I'm thinking of staking her and tying up the upper most part of the plant to a tree to keep it from snapping later on down the road. They do seem to love this spot!

Ok guys. Got an update for ya.
Not much has changed but I did have one plant that was snapped in half. Most likely by an animal. Fortunately MJ is a very resilient plant and she somehow glued herself back together. I'm happy to say that she's alive and doing well.
I noticed some yellowing from the bottom up on the plants so I went and got some Miracle Grow "Shake n Feed" continuous release fertilizer and sprinkled it around. The yellowing usually occurs as the plant ages and it typically normal but this yellowing was a bit more aggressive and I knew they needed a dose of something.

I cannot believe how well these plants blend with their surroundings!

Here I am on my tip toes trying to reach the top...

Here is the girl that got snapped.

Another shot of some of my girls...

You guys wanna see the soil that I have to work with??
YEAH IT SUCKS!!!

On a side note...do any of you guys know about cameras? I have a nice 7MP Olympus but whenever I shoot in the bright daylight my pictures turn out looking like they were taken with my old 1.3mp camera. Is there a setting that will correct the problem?

Hey Bud thanks for dropping in on my outdoor thread!
It shouldn't be to much longer. Everything is in place to do a large 10k grow...I'm just waiting for everything to "feel right". I've got that craving to grow so that's why I started a couple of outdoor plants to quench my thirst.
Here's what I have lined up when the time comes...x3 packs of AK-47, x1 pack of Bibblegum, x1 pack Double Strawberry Diesel and x1 pack c99 x Hash Plant. I better find at least one keeper in those!
I'll drop you a pm as soon as I get em started post pics of the entire setup. Won't be long!!

How closely related is the thunk to your strain? Lovely sativas btw.

To be honest, I really don't know to much about Sams stuff. These were freebees and I didn't have anything going on indoors so I decided to pop these and put em outside. Any info on this strain would be great!

4"? LOFL you better start flowering that bitch unless you have about 20' of head room. These girls stretch like no other plant that I've grown.

I'm going out to see my girls tonight and take pics. I'll update later this evening with pictures. We've had alot of high winds and rain so I can't wait to see how they're doing. Hope my tall girl is still in one piece.

Sweet line-up for you indoor run! Love seeing grows with Sam's gear. Wish I lived in an area where I could run his wares outside. Looking forward to seeing this to the end. Good luck!

I went out last night and got some updates. I was worried that the plants may have been damaged due to the high winds we had the other day but they are all 100% ok.
The pics aren't much to look at cause it was pitch dark again. I'm going out today to get daytime photos so I can do some justice to these girls. Anyway...
MY BITCHES ARE FLOWERING!!! I always assumed they wouldn't start flowering outdoors until later in the year but wtf do I know...I'm an indoor hydro man.
The big one is at least 9' tall. I was standing on my tip toes, fully extended with the flash light in my hand and still barley reached the top of this big girl!
Check the pics...

Love the long, thin structure of these leaves. I'm use to the big fat indica leaves :headbange

I may be wrong, but I think that both are from Original Haze P1's. A thai dom pheno was used to make the THunk.

Nice plants, OS!

Thanks HD!

Good day!! I checked on my girls today expecting to find the worse. Although I over prepared for that letdown they called tropical storm Fay, I was still worried that the winds from Fay did some damage to my girls so today I went and checked on em.
I'm happy to say that all are well and flowering like a mofo! Here are a few more redundant pictured for your viewing pleasure.

Oh yeah check out the last two pics. She was snapped by an animal early on but is now completely healed and doing great.
