Watch the videos on youtube. A bunch of pedos try to meet up with kids and MSNBC is there to capture it. One even brings his 3-4 y.o child to a boys house. Its amazing how sick people are. 24 year olds trying to hook up with 13 year olds. 6th grade math teacher. Sickening.

heh ive downloaded one season of that from the torrent sites - theres something disturbingly entertaining about watching pedo's getting caught ... you've gotta love it at that very moment when Chris walks in - "hi there, I'm Chris Hansen from NBC, would you like to have a seat? right over there"
Its funny how so many of them do actually sit down and spill the beans

thatd be a pretty dodgy job though sitting in chat rooms acting as minors and having all sorts of seedy people talk dirty to them and send sick photos of themselves etc. Not my kind of career choice!

HAHA tonight i sat down and watched probably 40 guys get busted one guy even got busted twice LMAO. Chris said he went to court on friday got busted again on saturday. He hasnt even finished his first trial.

The guy that says he just showed up to "test this" because "knew was this was", I think he might have actually been a concerned citizen and not a pedo lol. He must be the Internet scam quality control or something.

The sad part is that there are tons of young teenagers and preteens who post nude photos and movies of themselves online. We live in different times than when I was a youth!

they deserve this and more their lucky the supreme court didnt rule for death in the cases of rapist, im not sure about the supreme court or the gov . they use scare tactics on us and when we use scare tactics on pedifiles the court bales them out?

Honestly in my opinion these guys dont get enough time. Its not like that night on the computer was their first that guy was the only guy who got the right sentence in my opinion. The fact that one guy drove 5 and a half hours to meet a 13 year old he knew for 2 hours freaks me out. The guy had a gun too.

Not only that but that whole sting was a waste. The prosecutor refused to charge anyone as he felt that all of the evidence was tainted and that "Perverted Justice" was actually guilty of entrapment. There was also a lot of controversy from the towns folk because they were luring individuals to their town for the purpose of arresting them and then they had to foot the bill for the prosecution not to mention it made their town look like Perv Central.

These sick asses need to be dealt with though and yes it was funny as hell watching them squirm.

I think this is an interesting topic.

NBC put together a show that they knew would bring in ratings and therefore $$$. They carefully chose pedophiles because it is the sickest crime to society. They knew that picking that topic would shield them from scrutany because pedophillia is so hanus and terrable. They put together a show that lets the public root for the good guys (NBC) and allow their audience to revel in vigilantism whithout the burdon of carrying the torch. NBC is brilliant.

Too bad the show's message is lost in the sensationalism and hype. Child preditors are out there and they always have been. Perhaps the show would have less room for scrutany if it was about how to protect children from online preditors, just like when I was a kid we were told constantly not to take rides or accept candy from strangers. Perhaps they could have donated ALL proceeds of the Dateline show to centers that help sexually victomized children, or to provide help to those individuals that have sexual thoughts about children before they victomize a child.

Not my kind of "entertainment" for sure.
