Whats your favorite liquid bloom?

Last year I went with a 2-4-3 fish/seaweed product and was unhappy witht the taste and density of the finshed product. I was thinking of using some of the liqid bone meal but have read a bad review on it. Also was thinking of guanos but have read that they can effect the taste in a negative way as well.

Any opinions on Earth Juice Bloom? I can't keep up with all the different brands available, so if anyone has a suggestions on what I might try or what has work well for you guys in the past, that would be great.

I'm working with peat, compost, coir and perlite in containers with a mix of:
5-3-4 rock and animal based, 3-3-3 pelitized chicken sh!t, with a top dress 8-4-1 bat guano and powder Humates.

I have used both EJ Bloom and PureBlendPro Bloom...sometimes together. I like PBPro better and I'm using it for my current grow.

EJ Bloom is nice towards the end of a grow since it has no Nitrogen. Sometimes that is a good thing....i.e. long flowering sativas.

EJ Bloom is quite acidic. pH is about 4 when mixed with my bubbled tap water(pH of about 7.5) Make sure your soil is well made and buffered properly with dolomite lime and you'll be fine. I do NOT add pH up to EJ Bloom. I trust my soil(essentially LC's #1 mix) and I've never had a problem. I pour that pH 4 EJ Bloom right on my soil :headbange

earth juice rocks! ive been a big EJ fan since way back! the Ph will climb a lil if you thoroughly aerate the mixed ferts for 48 to 72 hrs. i dont worry bout it though.....i trust my soil's Ph buffering capacity......much like toodles i like the zero nitrogen in EJB

PureBLend Pro Soil is my favorite....with guano teas trailing right behind. It's so damn easy with Pure Blend.

I've also used Age Old Organics with good results.....also more concentrated but has more non organics in it.....you need extra magnesium for sure with it though...

earth juice bloom is guano based right? And i thought guanos improved taste of weed. lMy last grow (first as well) i used ej bloom and am about to start using it again. It gave me some incredible smelling and tasting nugs before.

EARTH JUICE BLOOM 0-3-1
bat guano
seabird guano
kelp
sulfate of potash
steamed bone meal
oat bran
rock phosphate

3LB: we love our Earth Juice Bloom as a flowering fertilizer and. . . because this product has no Nitrogen it’s especially useful for late stage flowering when it’s desirable to let a plant use up the soil’s nitrogen reserves . . . and for an added boost of Phosphorous at those times when plant’s need an extra boost of P . . . we normally use EJ Bloom at rates between ½ and 2 TBSP per gallon .

EJB is great - love the smell :) Might as well sweeten it up with some EJC.

EARTH JUICE CATALYST
oat bran
kelp
wheat malt
molasses
yeast

I use EJ Bloom, Catalyst, and Meta-K- great stuff, but the bloom smells like sugary puke to me 0: Regardless, it grows super tasty nuggets- the stinky shit always does, Ha!

I also like to add mexi guano for veg and indo guano for flower

I've been contemplating getting some PBP bloom for early flower then switch to EJ bloom later, but its very easy to add a little EJ grow which is pretty mild, if you need the extra N in early flower.

Sounds good, I think I will try the EJ Bloom. I think I might blend with the fish/seaweed I veg with for early flower and then on to straight EJ and molassass to finish. Maybe bump up the PH a litttle...

I use Ej bloom, Indonesian bat guano, EJ catalyst, and sometimes molasses for extra sugar :) up to about a week from when I think I'm gonna chop, (I've been topdressing with indo guano too lately which the plant probably feeds on till harvest) I like to feed my ladies with plain artesian water- PH 7- for the last week or two.

I've had fun with Canna's Bio line.
Technaflora's Pure Vida worked pretty well also.

Jiggy.....your bubba kush photo tells the story of EJ bloom. i find the no nitrogen bloom formula to really help the fanleaves begin to fade at the end of flowering...my first time growing ever i used some dumbass chem nute but it had like 6-22-14 or so and my fan leaves were dark green after 80 days of 12/12 and the buds tasted like chemically enhanced grass clippings....i'll never go back to chems and ill never feed nitro after half way through flower. oh yeah and the smell to me is like if a baby drank chocolate milk then puked it up 45 mins later...peace biotches!
