cheers and thanks a lot :)
...looks like sour bubble and bubba share a percentage of the same genepool, if not the same ...
Yeh alot of folks seem to think bog used bubba or vice versa but who knows its a mystery lol thanks for sharing your input njoy highclass

Hi HCC
Thanks for the compliments. It is very tasty weed, but the yield is not as good as I hoped, about 2 and a half oz from the tub, I can normally do 4 or better out of the tub. But still great smoke, thinking about crossing it with something to increase the yield :)
Took a page outta your book, Got my Wiley Coyote riding a rocket in with the buds, always liked how you added a little something to your nug shots :)

hey there fellow growers:wave:

...just a little update how the bubba clones turned out

... needs to flower for a bit longer ...

the vigour improved slightly on the clones, but its still an awesome slow plant in veg
i also got the impression that the smell is a bit stronger in this second clone run, so after harvest a good cure will tell
the taste is so addictive, id even smoke the buds if it wouldnt get me stoned (actually the opposite is the case :rasta:)

Do the other posters here have also kept clones? if, do they root fast for you?
...mine is a real bitch to root and takes a good 3-4 weeks, if even, to show roots (tried various cloning methods...) the lack of vigour is a bit sad here, but the smoke makes it worth the trouble nevertheless,

c ya around :)

cheers

Hey HCC,
Your right it is hard to clone and slow to grow, so I culled it from my garden, looking for a faster and better version :)
Your Bubba looks great HCC
Nice job on yours too Pebble

Some very nice strains are culled due to slow growth......

I still have a pic of a manicured bubba kush S1 from a friend of mine who disappeared around 2006.....

As far as i know it is from the very first run of CKS Bubba Kush S1 seeds.....not sure if it was an accidental freebie or an actual order though....

:ying: kind regards from guineapig :ying:

Here's a shot of one Special K [Bubba Kush x PineTar Kush] , lacks vigor and was nearly sterile ... , but she packs a hammer stone with a more piney smell than the pure Bubba :yummy:

have a nice one :smoke:

looking good fjällhöga, thanks for showing
... always love that piney taste in indica strains
here is a bubba x dj blueberry cross getting some colours on it

had some issues with that one...,
got a little nute burnt in early flower and she threw some bananas in late flower, but they seem sterile too.
the blueberry really added some sweet aroma, artificial cherry-like aroma to the kushyness of the bubba...
cheers
