I have been calling pot dope since way before it was fashionable to not call it dope.
Dope has a general definition as a substance that produces euphoria. I feel safe to say that mj gives me a euphoric feeling.
So, your statement is in fact erronious and inflamatory. So much so that I felt compelled to document them here.
As to finding 37yo pot...I think I would rather toss it as it might just leave you with a headache. But I would try it first just to be sure.
