sleep or sex, if you have a GF?

Luckily I already get a good amount of sleep with the way my work schedule is set up.
If I was really tired I would go to sleep, but some nights I can't just fall asleep and would much rather BANG!BANG!BANG! then go to bed really exhausted and get some good rest or toke a bowl after and chill a little

People talk about a healthy diet, people talk about exercise, but you rarely hear people talk about getting quality sleep in the same context, but the reality is we _NEED SLEEP_ just like we need food and water. I have a brain lesion that makes me more susceptible to seizures than most ppl (usually have one or two seizures a year), and I often find that when I have a seizure it's at a time when i've had very little sleep the night before.
It's interesting tho that while science knows we NEED sleep it still doesn't know WHY!

It also states that "the Guinness Book of Records has, however, withdrawn its backing of a sleep deprivation class because of the associated health risks."

i hate to say it but sometimes that answer is sleep. my girlfriend has a bad habit of waiting till im just about to nod off, b4 asking if i wanna do it..... we will be hanging out all night.. and nothing... then we will get into bed, lay there for a bit.. and 15 seconds b4 i pass out.. i get hey... wanna do it? WHY THE HELL DIDNT YOU ASK ME AN HOUR AGO??? i work 6 days a week 10 hours a day.. im beat when i get home.. and without proper sleep.. work and sex performace can/will suffer.

I sleep about 4 to 5 hours a night, been doing in for about 10 years now, I dont think sleep is that necessary, as long as you get enough to recharge your brain, you are good to go, you just have to get used to it. The problem is people equate the rare nights ( or maybe not so rare) out at bars, up watching tv and eating, or generally just staying up too late. Your body will get used to anything( with the exception of a medical condition) as long as you feed your body and get a small amount of rest.
Now as for the other 19 to 20 hours i am awake, I dont normally have a hard time getting sex in there somewhere, my job also entails that I work more hours than most people daily.
My vote goes with SEX

Well since I am a terrible isomniac my answer would be sex most of the time.. Although on the off chance that I actually thought I could fall asleep, I think it may win out... I really have to treasure the sleep I can get...
I get more sex than I do sleep....and that is not a brag about how much sex I have, just saying how LITTLE sleep I get.
PhenoMenal is quite correct, we NEED our sleep. Since my insomnia really began badly, I have noticed drastic changes in my health and overall attitude...

10 years ago i would have been making fun of all those that said they had rather sleep...but that was 10 years ago. i hate to admit it but these days i had rather sleep. it sucks because my gf is 12 years younger than me and she wants it every night.
