Question about a line of nutes House and Garden

I was wondering if anybody used this line of nutes. My hydro store is claiming this is the SHIZZZNIT when it comes to Nutrients for Hydro. That everyone in Holland is doing it. Etc.. Is it just hype? Or is this good stuff. If anyone has any info thanks!!!

actually i just got a free sample of their whole line that is included in their coco grow guide.. the guy told me to follow it exactly.. to use nothing else.. whatsoever.. and he said i would be calling him in a few months to order it by the gallon.. my hydro store even told me that they were competing with canna.. i'm doing a side by side in coco with the house and garden nutes (using everything to the T on their grow guide) side by side with my canna nute set up.. (my normal way of growing with normal stuff).. it will be pretty interesting.. they have all the basic nutes/additives..

I too got free samples. In all $125 worth of stuff. Just 10 weeks to go. I hate to change from Supernatural. But I like FREE.

Im 2 wks out from finishing. Just added the shooting powder. It works. This is only my second grow, my first was hand water with canna and coco, now im e&f with H&G in hydroton. Its a very clean nute... no oder and no build up. The scheme can be a bit confusing to follow at first, but after you read it a half dozen times its cool. Rez changes once a week. Everythings looks pretty good. At about 3 wks into flower i had what appeared to be nitrogen and mag defs, so i suplemented some "Magi-cal" in there, and things didnt go sour. I still have some type of def, but i cant deny the health and girth of the flowers. With canna I yeilded just over 10ozs last run with 8 plants, Im gonna get at least that with 6 plants this time. Who will get the glory?.. the nutes or me? I guess we'll have to see when round 3 rolls to the flower table. Ill be buying it again. uh, well for the first time, i got two complete sample set ups, which btw im into my second sample for the A&B hydroflakes. Keep it easy, caddy

So this rep just gives me the basic A and b components and I lay out some other cash for the rest of product line. I thought "what the hell". Mistake #1 was that I left the air bubble line running. That made my ph run all over the place and the girls were in pain. Then I read some of the flyers in detail. Do not use oxygenation with this product. Mistake #2 Even if the ph reads 7.0 two days after you mix it leave the solution alone. I kept trying to go to 5.8. (w/ro) . Leasons learned: mix it, follow the chart **exactly** , chuck the air bars, and change res weekly. I love the stuff now. I don't get def spots of any kind, yeild is slightly better, buds have more grease and all the equipment stays way clean. And no I don't work for these guys I'm all about the bottom line.

Do not use oxygenation, eh? Hmmm... the local growshop just pointed this stuff out to me as a possible solution to fogged aero (w/ ultrasonic misting; apparently normal organic hydro nutes are just too lumpy for this method).

That sounds like it'd make this incompatable for ultrasound-fogged aero though...

the main thing with the air pump is not to use it while using Roots Excalibur
that stuff goes threw its life cycle fast then and does nothing more.. and you will have to re add before normaly needing to..

ya this stuff id say would run better in Bio type setup.. where you have a water fall... and then no air pump problems..
i have talked to a few freinds in uk that use water pumps instead of air pumps.. when using some of the nutes out there..

this company be leaves any one that tries it will buy more.. there very generous with samples but i guess they are alos making a name for them selfs

while i was visiting someone a few weeks ago.. i tried some of his and he thought it was super easy to use and produced well.. but it was his first ever grow.. so that says something..

i been following this company for a bit now.. and i have yet to hear any thing bad..

Van De Zwann is the scientist who engineered the Canna line of nutrients, followed by doing the same for Bio-Bizz. After that, he pulled his head out of his butt and started his own company, House and Garden. Bio-Bizz is the closest thing I've found to it, however, the differences are great. While the biobizz is just a enzyme and beni bac feeder, House and Garden is actually classified as a fertilizer.

My favorite part is the fact that for soil, they have a 1 part nute. It is truly a one part nute, as you use that same base for grow and bloom, adding bud xl in week 4 and topshooter in week 3.

Anyway, good shiz in my opinion.

Recently a guy who use to post here as 'neptune' did a side by side in a garden he has been growing in for a while. No difference between it and GH in the final yield or quality for that matter.
