White Label Afghan Kush?

I got some white label afghan kush seeds a while back, but I have yet to grow them out. I haven't really been able to find anything about this strain other than the breeders description, so I was wondering if anyone has any experience with it. I assumed it would be a basic kush, which is what I was looking for, but I just want to make sure it doesn't suck or something.

No one, huh? I'm not too surprised actually; they're not a very popular breeder. I have read good things about some or their other strains though (I believe their Amnesia White won a Cannabis Cup or something?) so I'll keep my fingers crossed that it'll be good. Hopefully I'll be finding out soon.

I thought AK-47 was a hybrid? Supposedly this afghan kush is supposed to be basically a landrace indica (or as close as most breeders get). I read one grow report on another forum, and the grower said its moderately potent and VERY mellow, but he seemed to think it had been crossed with skunk at some point.

Anyway, I hope its not TOO potent because 1) I have a high sensitivity to cannabis, and 2) I want to use it medicinally so I'd like to remain functional.

Cool seed pack though. I didn't get that since mine were delivered stealth.

We'd guess that, White Label (like Black Label) is a co-operative seed bank. Co-operative seed banks source seed from established breeders (in NL) and market them in their own packaging.

Sure some of the seed come from cup winning breeders/lines :D

Hope this helps,

I have grown indicas and mixed strains of them. I have not grown any wl strains but what you have is a cross of two good indicas. Not much sativa too it and it should be a a body stone good for med. users. The CBD,s and CBN,s should be high on that strain. A good night time strain to relax and for what ails you. CBD,s are good for pain and anxiety. CBN,s can make you tired and sleepy. I like to have two types of strains around. haze/sativa for party and a mostly indica for the nights i just want to chill my ills. Because sometimes you feel like a sativa and sometimes you feel like a indica.
Just grow them out.

Hello folks,

Does anyone have any photos or grow experience with this strain?

Is there much variation as far as phenotypes go?

The seeds are pretty inexpensive, so if this is a pure kush (NO skunk?), where are all the growers??!! :canabis:

AK47 is said to be- AK-47 (Serious) Colombian X Mexican X Thai X Afghani, mostly a sativa. White Label's is- The original ‘AK’, brought from the heart of the Hindu Kush mountain range where its genotype has been selected and perfected over centuries to be the ultimate source of cannabis resin. Fragrant north Indian charas and sticky black Afghani hashish are both largely produced from Kush plants — a subset of the Indica family which may be considered definitive examples of that line. In WL's description they just shortened Afghan Kush with AK but don't mean to confuse it with AK47. I would expect WL's AK to be a full on indica type.

Yeah, it definitely has nothing to do with AK47 what-so-ever...

Does anyone happen to know the difference between this strain (Sensi's White Label Afghan Kush) and Sensi's Hindu Kush? Both descriptions make mention of serious selective breeding..
