Does she have root rot anyone?

Ok i planted these two ladies about 10 days ago. One started off very well and ill say she is continously doing well. The other however, doesn't seem to be doing well in fact due to a recent strong storm she had she acutaly fell over. I know this is mostly my fault for putting her in a really moist spot in the soil. but the other plant that is doing well is literally 6 feet away from her and she doesn't seem to present any problems at all.

Here are 3 pics here from 10 days ago look at the difference between these 3 and the other 3.

This is the one who is constantly doing good.

These are the recent pics. Heres the one i think has root rot.

Heres the one beside her shes a beaut.

I honestly dont understand how this plant is presenting such problems while my other plant is right beside with no problems at all. In fact bacteria have seem to colonize her so well she is protected by lots ants and ladie bugs and spiders which i do like.

As a result of the actions the other plant was showing me i made the decision to transplant her into a pot once again. I have a pic of her hole if anyone wants to see that.

Any suggestions of comments are much appreciated.

Is one in the ground and one in a pot.? The one in the pot could just be way overwatered. Does the soil in that pot ever get dry? Plants in the ground can take overwatering way better then a plant in a pot.

Well initaly she was in the ground and i put her in the pot today. And i acutaly mixed what ever wet soil was around her with dry top soil from a bag. So ya it does look a little muddy.

I should probably add that this location was originally a little more on the wet side as oppose to the dry side. almost like a marsh in some places, but obviously i could still walk there to put the plant down.

Should i relocate the spot? put her back in the ground anyone ?

relocate spot. think if its really wet on the top of the ground, just think how wet it is a ft or 2 down below. pick a dry spot dig a 3 or 4 ft hole. break the dirt up, add some of your soil mix in there and there u go. very simple

There is nothing wrong with bogs...plant in a raised mount or in buckets/burlap bags with just the bottom touching the wet soil..
