roots, I cant get them to grow out of the sides of the media bucket. I even put some landscape cloth half way down in the media to try and make them spread. Ill have to come up with some other plan or Ill probably just have a shallower media bucket next time and forget it. 3 lb tree.

Heres an inexpensive idea that works well in DWC, homemade "net-pots"!!!
I use 4" round plastic pots and cut the bottoms off leaving a cross in the bottom. This leaves plenty of room for your roots to grow into the rez tank and a support system to hold lava rocks as plant stabilizers The 4" round plastic pots cost about 10cents each as opposed to $2.99 each per net-pot!

I germ in a washcloth and transplant into peat-pellets, they go right into the homemade net-pots without any stress!!!!

Reminds me of when i did my first DWC, back in 2004. Grew one NL from Nirvana in 25ltr bucket. I got 7 1/2 Oz from her. I did have a few problems with Ph, just wanted to rise. But it seems Canna Aqua has been developed to fix that worry.

I think i'll have to give DWC another stab, once my present grow is done, which should be beggining of August. So maybe then i'll be able to contribute some root porn.

I only tested cuts in bubbler, in cube, and in sterilized soil. Clonex each time.

For cube i had 5-10 days before they go out of the cube

Ones here are an abusive 1 month 9x% humidity
4 differents plants
The strong roots one made branch roots btw
