Once law passes, how long til I'm legal?

If the medical marijuana law passes here in november, how long until I would be legal if I got right on it?

Yeah it usually says on the bill, like 'in act jan. 1st, 2009' or something. where you at?

Mchigan. I checked the law and see how many plants you can have, how much in possesion, ect, but not on when it will take effect

People waiting for their state paperwork.

I think that the dept. of health has 120 days to start issuing certs.
