Hey there DrKong Welcome to the show. They will stay where they are for a 2-3 week veg; flowering will come soon, via digital 600w.what are you going to veg and flower under?
No no no no Clowntown , those are bug stix and yellow monitoring cards; they are very good at keeping the fungus gnat population in check. What's with the little sticks? Is that in anticipation of propping them up? If so, I suggest you scratch that and lower the lights instead. I've never used a 125w CFL so I don't know how hot they get, but I imagine you can get them about 2" away without a problem.
I'm not sure what mosquito bits you're talking about (dunks?), but I've heard of Gnatrol. I checked the MSDS on that stuff and they withhold the inert ingredients as a trade secret. These plants will be alive for a long time so I'll buy some predator nematodes soon; just going to wait until I transplant.DrKong said:I use those mosquito bits that have a predatory bacteria in them. They keep the fungus gnats away for sure. I use soil so they might not work as well in coco. They make a liquid form which works better/costs more called Gnatrol. same bacteria.
