What strain have you kept on growing?

need some help. I have been growing under a 150hps for some time now. I have grown various different strains and have kept several mothers. After a while I will grow them out, but every once in a while I have found a strain that is a special plant. I found that dream goddess from MOD is one of those plants. I get amazing results from this plant under the 150hps.
The high is amazing and never seems to get old....it works every time

I am now ready to look for a new strain to add to my garder. Can you give me any recommendations?

greenhouse w.widow. its quick to finnish is quite strong, does'nt smell to much when growing, cures well and for a top strain is pretty cheap on the pocket. my recomendation.

I have grown Hind Kush, Skunk #1, and Bubblegum all from Nirvana.

I have grown Black Domina from Sensi and Bogglegum from BOG.

I did not keep any of them for more than two or three crops.

However, Mothers Finest from Sensi resulted in a pheno that stayed for almost seven years. May she rest in peace...i just lost her.
Also, I have kept Lifesaver from BOG for almost as long, and still grow her to this day.

Mr. Nice Super Silver Haze... i found several keepers in one pack of seeds!!
Sensi seeds G13xHashplant... very strong stone from this weed.. but lacks in taste!! And Mandala seeds hashberry is very recommendable... cheap beans and killer quality!!!!

every person will find a different strain to grow...it all starts when you make the choice to grow...what beans you have at the time

of course you should always make seed...you will glad you did

I've been growing out crosses I made last century, all you need to do is spend enough to buy 4 or 5 strains or more, make controlled seeding for just one harvest then you can spend years growing out and selecting outstanding examples,,,making more crosses, seeds....just make sure to label everything so you can keep a track of it,

from your next packet of seeds, isolate a male or two .....dust a little male pollen on a small lower female branch to produce a couple of hundred seeds...one way is to cover the lower branch with a plastic bag with vent holes on the under side of the bag, spray water over the rest of the plant and then paint on the male pollen (water kills pollen so make there are no drips on the branch that's being pollenated)

after harvesting the sensi buds, leave the seeded bud on the plant to make sure the seeds are fully developed..dark and easily detached from their connection to the inside the calyx or seed pod

hopefully, you will get lots of variety..............but who knows until you make seed and then grow them out....as you will be gambling by using untested males, a lot of luck is involved

if you make seeds from most strains out there, the resulting plants often show lots of variety and different traits...... more often than not, the first round of seedlings from crossing two "strains" or commercial hybrids are often not as good or just as good as the parents, but without the uniformity..though it all depends on how and how long the "strains" were worked by breeders before you got them.

don't be scared of males, pollen, and seeds..it's all about timing and control..I used to grow males side by side with females in the bush and have controlled pollenation by trimming the male down to just a branch or two and or bending the plant horizontal with the ground, then hand picking the ripe male flowers until the day I was ready to do some controlled and localized pollenating...these were with Thai plants.

make sure to only dust just a few popcorn sized buds to get a fifty or a hundred seeds...lightly sprinkling pollen over a plant in full bloom will result in a thousand seeds!

one thing is for sure, we don't pay top dollar for seeds because they are hard to make.....we pay silly money because of the risk they take.

G-Bolt from Motarebel..my first and second runs with her were from seeds..then the third and fourth runs were from clones...and i plane to run her again many times as everytime i grow/harvest/smoke this lady i'm in love with her.

I don't build that much tolerance...and i enjoy every buds i smoke so it's a long time story for me with this strain.

in the same time i've grow around 20 strains..some 2 or 3 times..but no more than that.

lol wondering if your smoking hay. after about half an 8th it starts to smoke like shwagg to me and i have had it a few times from different sources.

Wundrkind how does the Diesel, Chemdog produce?? I was gonna check it out but I am growing in such a tight space I need something that is going to branch good and produce dense buds
