Snowcap

600w/coco/PBPsoil/55days

took a little longer the last few weeks, she stalls easily if you flush too soon or too long, gets real fingery calyx profile when she gets warm or bright light.

Looks like some FIIIIYA!!! I love snowcap, havent seen some in a while though

cellardweller, thanks for stoppin by with ya comments! have a good one buddy!

lou, how ya been boss! tight and sparkly would be the key words there, she a fat yielder, one of my biggest, havent met a person who hasnt pulled a elbow under a 600 with this one on their first try, 2 a 1k is common place with her. Dont have much experience with her outdoor but she is a large producer from the plants I have seen.

stealthballer, sry was in hurry, shes been drying and curin up for about 10 days now. the sparkle that comes with it is strong from the day you chop it, to the day you decide to break it down.

caligreen, hell yeah thanks for droppin in, she still poppin up around the coast here every so often, esp in the semi-highgrade-commercial arenas.

SpacedCWBY, thanks buddy, she does come down quick, but I pick her with a good bit of white hairs showing, she will darken up and ripen very fast once chopped. Sometimes I float the containers of coco in water for a bit and get the root ball washed off of all coco and stick 5-6 large plants into a 5 gallon dwc bucket to finish up in tap water. Saves me some space and free's up some medium for the newcomers. Three years on the same coco, fantastic results everytime.

thanks for checkin in fellas.

smoke one and stay safe!

looks alot like NL nugages to me ....sparkly orange, redhairs ...prolly about
the same quality for that cut .

But with 2# per 1000 know you'll be wanting to be growing snowcrap
out very soon, lol.... along with all the big yielders like SCBB and give
that trim pro a real workout !

:Salmon Creek BB is a great staple for the greenthumbs to work with. It vegges real nice, clones easily and produces copious amounts of resin on large style colas. If let mature, it has some of the strongest stinky medicine. Real skunky and very potent. Unlike most BB varieties we tried. I agree with Tom Hill in that its a particularly excellent example. Med patients love this stuff @ 70 days.

No Grape punched this cut comes from a medi farm in fort bragg ca and was grown from sensi seed outdoor mix seeds the real snow has 2-3x the resin, smells skunky, doesnt produce well unless youve worked with her for a while and grows pretty slow and stumpy....

im growing snowcap right now and the smell really reminds me or arcata trainwreck plus its almost as crystally from the looks of it so far

phatnuggetz, definitely has a trainwreck type aroma to it, it might produce the same amount of resin(sparkle/shine) but the tw gets a bit frostier when you let her go, and the tw also puts the frost out about a week earlier than the snowcap. Just a couple things ive noticed running both.

Can't say I'm a fan of this particular cut now that Im sure it is the Mendo Snow...hey I was curious if those of you growing this cut have tried out the Humboldt Snow?

yo DD! thanks for droppin in, hope all is well buddy

pewp: what is it that is similar about the mendo and humbolt snow, to the snowcap here? any nug shots? smoke reports on the other two strains? thanks!

There isn't a single thing that is the same between the two plants...the Mendo Snowcap is a sativa with Trainwreck balls / piney / mint type smell the Humboldt Snow is a squat stout afghani that smells pretty skunky and hashy and has an extreme indica high...

Here's a pic of the Snow I found in some IC Mag user gallerys the one this came from is 'Nspecta'
