first you need seeds, without seeds is nothing ;) and that as soon as possible. in my experience if you germinate indica strains towards end of may they will not grow big, just about 1m or so.

2nd. decide where you'll have small plants or are you going to sow direct on place... It's best that they are under your control till they're 20-30cm high and then transplant to the place, you may use cfl's.

in meantime find a good, safe place with lots of sun and water nearby if possible , predig holes and change soil if it's necessary. and think about protection from deer and others, etc.

Welcome Big Spiffy.
Hey supersonic.
There are several good beginner stickys here and threads. Read some of the basic info on how to grow, on numerous sites. Learn indica and sativa differences, choose the kind you desire and then choose a strain that will perform in your enviroment. A little study and you'll be on your way.

Get you some seeds from
Seed botique
Mandala
Seedbay

Good suggestion by supersonic. Femmed seeds would probably be more effective for you. Mandala 1 femms should be great. Anything from paradise seeds, Sweet seed femms may have something.

Im not sure when your plants would finish in washington state, that lattitude must be high 40s. supersonic probably knows. You will need a plant with a bit of mould resistance i suspect. You might want to avoid full, heavy budded indicas and go with a faster finishing sativa leaning plant. The Mandala 1 femms again would be great. Big yields, finished by the end of Sept.

Thats my thinking anyway. good luck
