I am in Michigan and live in an appartment building, but I own the appartment I am living in pink slip and all. The person who owns most of the other appartments, but not all; just told me that he is having the police come out to do a raid on ALL appartments. He also says that a warrant to search is not required due to something called reason to suspect or something. Says he wants to get rid of all the pot smokers out here and gave them permission to raid, and says he does'nt know when they will be here. Anyone have an idea? is he full of shit?

He is full of shit-- Each individual apartment, whether they are renting or owner, requires a separate search warrant-- A warrant would not be issued on the basis that they are "Pot Smokers"--

I worked in an apartment complex for a while. We had to give 24hrs notice before we were able to go into the apartment w/o any consent. Msg or directly spoken. However, my boss did find a shoebox full of pot while doing some work in an apartment one time and he did call the cops and the tenants WERE arrested. Not sure what the rest of the outcome was though.
Bottom line - don't grow unless you OWN or are renting under a fake name for the sole purpose of growing inside and not residing there.
