First Grow Need Info

Hello all, basically i wanted to grow some outdoor plants this summer and i have never grown before i know some basic stuff and im no dummy but i was just wandering if anyone could point out some key stuff i should make sure to do and how to grow outdoor properly i havnt got any seeds but i would like to know what to do first thanks!!!

Hey Big Spliff! welcome to IC!
Im not an OD guy,but I would say use good dirt,water/feed frequently (if you can) when its time,and try to protect em from moisture/rain/heavy humidity in late flower so you dont get mold.Do a forum search,post another thread in the outdoor thread,Im sure you'll get some results and replys here!

Never done OD, but I know it's that time of the year and a lot of it depends on where you live and what strain you decide to go with....If you give a little more info, i'm sure some peeps on here can point you in the right direction.

The first question is where to grow, and what risk will it cause you or others? Have you checked your state law? Where can you plant that will not get you arrested or ripped off? That is the start, the rest you should find in the outdoors forum.

You talking Gorilla growing? like outdoors in the ground in a forrest or something? Or in your Backyard or on a roof in some pots???

Obviously the Pots method is much more controlled....

What strains you thinking of growing out?

WATER,WATER,WATER.Go for a mold resistant strain if your'e on the western slope but if you're out near say lake chelan grow whatever you want.THSEEDS MK-Ultra is a great outdoor plant with super mold resistance.Dig huge holes and add tons of well draining soil and Water like crazy.You are in a great state for mj laws.Do it up, I'm sure you'll receive tons of great advice from the good people here, they won't steer you wrong.GROW ON!!Chaco.

Get a mini greenhouse for about 20£ or $30, if you can grow them indoors for the first 1 or 2 weeks so they are strong enough to survive and you alredy know the basic stuff as youve said so dont worry its also best to plant in pots rather than the ground because you can always move them to different spots or even indoors.

And ppl said water but obviously you alredy knew dat just dont overdo things. and as someone says get a plant that mold resitant and a plant that fits your climate, if you get the seeds from certain seed banks then it will tell you if they can handle cold climates or if they are best for very hot climates and some might be able to handle both,

just be patient when looking for the strain you want ive just bought some diesel ryder (rushing things) then i realised i dont want them so i got some papaya i realised i didnt really want them but obviously im growing them but then i found a perfect strain called sativa spirit so i went through £50 b4 finding the perfect strain..
