I was not condoning anything, just merely asking. I know people who have changed their names, not having dual accounts at the same time

I know, and it's not forbidden to have two or several handles. Just not appreciated.

I think I got a second one I registered once, never used it though.

I can't remember if i ever had my original OG name registered here, but i voted for 2 as I had to change once due to security concerns, bit i think that was before I even came here, back in like 03 on OG... my original name WAY to many people knew me by in real life, and on top of that, these same people grow green, and likely browse these forums

So yes, like it says right in the guidelines, there are certainly some situations like security, in which it becomes imparitive to change your name...

I have had several - My 1st I abandoned due to a heated blowout with another member, and I made a threat against them.

My 2nd got tied into my first, so I bailed on that.

This one is a keeper - for now.
