And I'd also like to hear Clorox explain how this country of fat fucks is currently being spurred to physical fitness by the ridiculously incongruous salaries professional athletes are being paid.

If the popularity of sports is directly related to the physical fitness of a country, shouldn't we already be a land full of Jim Ficks's? Clearly, professional sports doesn't accomplish shit in terms of getting people to be active. Not to mention, you can get physically fit just by jogging or swimming. Team sports are not the end-all be-all of physical fitness anyways, as a fair amount of time is spent making plays or changing fields, which doesn't exactly add up to a full cardio workout.

If I wanted to congratulate myself, I simply would have explained that I bring home about 90k per year working as a quality inspector in the heat treat department for the only steel mill in North America creating bullet proof and blast absorbing armor for tactical armored vehicles. We are also the only mill creating armor that has reached a top ballistics rating in the world. Not to mention we are the only mill in history to have a direct armor contract with any military.

But I didnt want to do that.

I also imagine you are young, with few bills and very little debt. You dont own a home, or support a family. You probably still live with parents or with friends.

All of this is fine and I dont mean to imply there is anything wrong with any of that, I was in the exact same spot in my younger years. However, that is a far cry from "trying to run a home on 1,800 PER YEAR"

I am young (19) but I do own a home, and I have no debt. Don't support a family probably won't for a long time. I work 40 hrs a week to make that 12k a year. I work at a gas station and I make 7.50 an hour, the government takes about 40% of my money otherwise i'd make a decent 20k a year

I know a few people that feed their whole family for a year for the cost of a box of 30-30 shells, their time, and a hunting license (if they have the money for it that year). They are too proud to take govt handouts and they are dirt poor. Poverty is real. Jose is not broke by any means. He just cant afford the life he was used to. Most of us are in the same boat, or not far from it, during this current economic downturn. Its going to be a scary ride for most of us. Until things turn around.

As far as being a snitch and whistle blower, he is both. A snitch is a snitch period. You know what they do to snitches in jail. I guess he thought his books would sell better. The thing he forgot is the immediacy of media attention these days. You are hot for 1 week and the next week no one remembers who you are. I have noticed that if you are not a writer by profession, when (so called wealthy) people need money they write books. He didnt really care about steriods in baseball. He used them himself. He just got to the point where he needed the money and decided that an expose would line his pockets. And it backfired.

If any investigator for your military contract wanted to find out who you are it would be fairly easy, if they read your post. And your company would damned sure lose that contract. You and a lot of others (that you dont seem to care about) would lose their jobs.
