DP Green Spirit

Howdy folks,
Sooo I got some of these beans from an acquaintance for cheap and since returning home have been trying to do some research on the strain. All I have been able to find is the seed catalog description<on like 100 pages> but no pics of finished product or growing girls .
The seed catalog description says its big budxskunk 1. Also says only 5.9% thc.
Would like some honest input as to whether this strain is worth the time from those who have smoked or grown it. Also, if anyone has any pics that would be great as i aint getting duck from google.Peace.

howdy brotha. dp green spirit was the first strain i grew. i broke my growing viginity on her. let me go back...... ok im there. vegs well hardy. gets smelly at the end of veg. flowers in 60- 70 days. good smoke i cant be totally objective cause it was my first grow and i would have loved it no matter what. but none the less it was good and i would recommend it. i only gre it the once because it was my first go at things but it is definatly an above average strain and i would recommend taking a clone of each female and find a keeper. best of luck bro

i remember it smelled great and it was one of the best yeilders! only prob it turned herm :-(

I just recently popped a ten pack of these female beans.

Out of ten seeds, only five germinated

Of the five that popped, all 5 are female

#1 - #4 look very much alike, thick bud sets with a very indica / sativa structure.

#1 & #2 are the best looking for yield, strong stems and bud sets.

#3 & #4 seem to be a bit faster to finish (7 weeks or so) but they are not as high yielding as #1 & #2, they only have about half the weight of their sisters #1 & #2.

#5 is totally different- she looks like a sativa leaning pure skunk. I've taken a couple of bananas off of her in week 7 of 12/12.

The smell of #1 is a delicious canalope scent, with a sweet background scent. This is the only plant with this trait.

They are all still finishing up at moment...I'll post picks soon.

I ended up keeping one female from my pack (#1)
She had the best resin and yeild (high was good, boring but good)
Here she is at 22 days of 12/12

Flowering is going very strong, one spot on the stem of a fan leaf has hairs sprouting out !!

ive always been interested in this strain, but seems rather weak. So never tried. nice looking plants though.
