First the things you need. A chunk of oil, A joint paper( I use rice papers for this, I find them to be very clean papers), a small nail(or some other like object), razor blade(optional), and a pair of scissors(not pictured)
What I do is lightly heat the tip of the nail and dip it into the solid oil mass and pull out a little chunk. Then slightly run the lighter over the top of the oil, not touching the oil but close enough to liquify it and roll off the tip of the nail onto the paper.
You must then fold the paper back in half quickly before the oil hardens back up. Once done cut off the section with oil with scissors and repeat as many times as tabs as you would like to make(I usually get about six tabs per paper). You will notice that there is about the same amount of oil distributed every time so it's easy to manage your doses.
Once you have all the tabs you want, it's time to clean them up. You don't want all that extra paper burning up, but you do want a little paper around the edges so the oil has some carbon to absorb into once smoking begins. So trim em' up and they should take on there "Tab" look.
Load it up and enjoy. I usually throw a screen in a bowl and load tabs, but you can throw it on top of a bowl or whatever creative measure you manage to come up with.
