Test your ph no matter how long you have grown or your gonna wake up to some sad nasty burns one day .Cheap effective way Under $10 is a aquarium ph test kit .250 tests in bottle . Squeeze your coir so liquid goes into the test vial w/3drops of testing additive,Done .
Put Nute mixtures in Vial and test same way. And if you use mycorhizzae in
your coir w/lime you really don't need to test coir ph/the bacteria from the mycrh. keeps coir straight .But back-up ph. testing never hurts . With the above you will be able to set your coir buckets into some enzyme/and-or-nute rich bubblingbuckets of choice if ya got nuf perlite or lavarocks in your coir for some real extra yeild without any wetrot happenin cause of the beneficial bacto--(the mycrohizzae) . Also look into "CO-2 feeding for freshwater plants" The fermenting bottle feeds straight to fresh water ---plants/roots . Its more feed for your yeild ."Air,bacto, CO2.cannzyme or
Hygrozyme".
