It appears as though he doesn't inhale because it looks like he is holding all of the smoke in his mouth after taking a hint, I don't think he inhaled a single hit properly the entire movie.
Maybe it's unintentional, it's possible that nobody taught him how to properly take a hit or his circle of friends (who don't really smoke) never knew the difference.
I should have been the star of this documentary, would have been much better.

Kinda off topic, I apologize if I highjacked your thread VBP..
But I just watched a pretty honest documentary on BBC a few days ago, where this mid 30's-40's white woman who was basically just like your average soccer mom, spent 30 days in Amsterdam smoking and eating different Weeds, Hash's etc and tried to do a trully submerged unbiased Doc on the Cannabis world... I think she smoked cigarettes and Drank but she hadnt smoked cannabis since highschool....
I think it was called "Should I smoke Cannabis?"
She basically went to every coffee shop and the shop owners seemed to know what she was doing and was very supportive rolling her joints (cus she didnt know how) and making sure she had food to eat and stuff to drink and made sure she didnt fall over or anything....I was really impressed with how well the Coffeeshops treated her! One of them even said they were giving her something easy, then Loaded it with some serious Hash and it kicked her hard after the first toke... But the girl never left her side, she made sure the Woman had a safe time, and I thought it was great! She enjoyed A'Dam which I know she didnt think she would before she got there...
After she got back to England, She also went to a lab to be injected with pure THC, and the effects of the different combinations of cannibinols and THC were measured.... In one "dose" she became like morbidly depressed and kept repeating that she had very sad and black thoughts of snakes and dirty rats and death....She really didnt enjoy it and you could easily see it in her face... in another "dose" the next day she became as happy as a kid in a toy store with a blank cheque! She couldnt stop laughing and smilling!!! It was hilarious just watching her....
Thing that was a little alarming was that they gave her a scale 1-4 and said that someone having a major psychotic episode similar to advanced schizophrenia (spelling) would be a 4, and absolutely no change would be a 1... On the "Happy Dose" she scored a 2 or 3... But on the "Morbid Dose" She scored a 14!!!! And bc the lab had nothing to do with her documentary other than injecting her with the THC, I really believe it wasnt a scare tactic, it was the honest result....
In the end she basiclly concluded that Ganja in its different forms has very different effects... some good and some bad... and that the person consuming them should be careful and know what they are doing... She ended the doc saying thats shes goin back to what she knows best.. Alcohol, but she never once tried to scare people away from Cannabis, and never said it was bad, which I think she thought she was going to find.... I personnaly thought it was one of the best Doc's I'd ever seen on Cannabis... Thought I'd share....
