hello all...hope everyone had a great 420. I'm about to start my grow and have several different strains to choose from, is it okay to start 2 or 3 of each kind or should i grow one type of strain per grow? I was going to start some chronic, ppp, and blueberry but would like to add haze to this group but was unsure if I should even be trying this many at once. I am working with a 10 container water farm system under 1000w. Thanks! :rasta:

Usually best to stick with one strain if its a recirculating system. Different strains have different nute preferences and will grow differently. Pick one and stick with it.

I never have less than four strains in my rig, no worries at all, except height, and I plan for that.

I agree with haps, height can be taken care of with proper grooming. The thing I would watch out for is the difference in mature rates. If you want to start flushing some strains at day 56 (there abouts) then your haze will not recieve nutes for what... 4 weeks. You have to flush or your product or else it doesn't burn or taste right. Just my two cents.

i was hoping you were not going to say that....but thanks.

I assume your seeds arent going anywhere so youll have plenty of time to grow them out separately. The few times Ive mixed strains I always end up asking myself why I insisted on doing it :spank:.
But hey, gotta learn the hard way sometimes I guess.

Growtime: I'm just wanting to try all the kinds I have. I'm sick of buying (good bud around here is getting expensive) and brown frown sucks....its cheap, but it's just stress.)
I think I'll try two at once......out of Bubblicious, Blueberry, Chronic, Haze, PPP, Afghan, and Cali Orange....Which one would you all go for first.
This will be the first run with good genetics.....I've tried bagseed twice and had stupid mishaps screw up the grow.....any thoughts?

Of all the strains you listed Ive only grown Cali Orange. Definitely NOT a plant you want to mix with other strains unless you want an 8 foot tall indoor monster like this: (this is why its dangerous to mix strains)

Of the choices you listed Id say Haze and Power Plant. Both will stretch pretty hard and have long sativa flower times.
