Need Help with proper intake/outtake

Ok so i have already built my growbox its dimensions are Length: 2 feet 5 inch , width: 1 foot 10 inch , height: 2 feet 2 inch. I currently have a 150W Growlight CFL , and two 24 W t5's. I purchased a 100CFM washroom fan from home depot for exhaust. Now the part that sucks in air is pretty big compared to where it blows it out. I plan on making some inlet vents i heard twice the size of the exhaust. So does that meen the part that blows out the air or where it sucks it in? The part that sucks out the air is only maybe 2-3 inches big so does that mean i should make two inlets each 2-3 inches big ?

So do you think 100CFM washroom fan will be ok and how big should the inlet vents be ?

Also for odor control i plan on using a small vaportech that uses those small disks. Do you think this will control even a strong odor strain considering such a small environment ?

Intake area should be double the exhaust area. You can use two intakes or you can use a single that's twice the area of the exhaust. I cooled a 150 HPS with a 76 cfm axial. 100 should do you fine. Drill your holes, turn on lights and fan and close up the box for an hour. Then come back and check your temps. Adjust from there.

ok so my fan says it takes ducting size 4inch , and the ducting will lead outside box , so im thinking two 4 inch holes with a vent or some sort of light trap. Anyone with a suggestion as to a way to make vent holes light proof with stuff u can find around the house or something i could pick up at home depot?

Also the fan says it is 3.5 sonnes loud , now is that going to be loud ? If so is there any technique i could use to buffer the sound to make it less noticeable ?

I followed these muffler instructions as closely as my local Home Depot would allow. I substituted polyfill/quilt batting for fiberglass. Works great and also provides light trap for exhaust. http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=65345&highlight=muffler

My intakes are covered with aquarium filter sheets. It doesn't block everything but it takes 2-3 minutes after lights out before eyes adjust enough to see it. Provided you know where to look. Because light doesn't like to bend, black PVC pipe with a couple of turns would work. Or you can build a baffle with cardboard painted black inside.
