looking for a good strain known to help anxiety

Hey guys newb again looking for some advise or for someone to point me into the right direction so i can do some of my own research. im no light wieght to pot it has help me get over my symtoms for years to general anxiety disorder and depression. i was looking through the hemp depot site looking for a good stain that will help a bit more with my specific symtoms. any suggestions or sites that say what benifits certain stains have for medical purposses thanks in advance. stay chill

The only other site i use is uk420.com(or .co.uk) its very good site that could help.I personly would go for a sativa as they are more of an uplifting stone Iam only guessing i aint no expert but i exspect that to be better for anxiety and depression than some couch lock indica hope this helps a little Dr H

look for strains that give u a very social high, something that has a lower amount of CBD/CDN. you'll probably want a sativa rather than an indica.

Arjan's Haze #3 from Green House seed co. it will be good plant for you

Wait until DJ releases the Blue Heaven again, he said that it would be re-released at some point, and it is supposed to have have anti anxiety properties even though it's mostly sativa.

IMO you want to stay away from sativa dominants.

They can cause anxiety, panic attacks etc, rather than help to relieve them.

You should be looking for a good indica, with a sedative effect. Any of the Hashplants ought to be good.

I have done a lot of research in this, here's my list:

avoid anything with haze in it, the guy who recommended arjan's crap doesn't know what he's talking about. neither does the guy who told you to avoid sativas.
