I have seen someone growing in a room in a trailer yes. Just make sure its Air tight, has a good air conditioner, and you use a vent muffler (with carbon filter) to keep the fan noise down. Since your neighbor lives about 30 feet away, you will need to keep it supper stealthy.

micro, I don't think he was talking about a trailer park, but a trailer on at least an acre..... am I right??
I was wondering this myself because their are a lot available right now..(rent/buy)
as long as it has a good a/c I don't see wht not..
a lot of manufactured homes around me as well...

well ill be damned. im working on setting up a double wide right now. and it is on a piece of acrerage also. yes it is one of the best ways/places for a grow op. when you start to set it up you will realize it is a perfect situation for a decent sized grow.

my buddys land and legitimate powerit hooked to them (just one of the trailors is mine) via a generator(s)

security risk IMO......there was really nosey property managers and neighbors back a few years ago.It would be so hard to conceal the power usage and all......
I don't know if I have the sanity or balls to pull it off, unless were talking like a 600w op or less then I wouldn't see the problems mentioned.

Good luck with that.

PEACE

seems a bit sketch ...
just cause everyone knows a trailer does not use as much power as ur avg house...
but idk .. ive kinda always wondered this aswell..

Scrub air,maybe even twice..........?
Don't smoke excessively at said trailer.
Get good locks/I had so many break-in attempts and others around were getting broken into.
Tell no one.......It's not hard to snatch someone out of a trailer IMO a robbery or LEO if they wanted you enough.Like i said better security.
Oh....and not all trailers are ghetto located and crime riddled but MINE were so I thought I'd share my thoughts again.

Peace and be safe

The setup I saw was one room converted to a grow room. Just modify 1 of the rooms to suite your needs, anything larger will compromise security. A tent is a step down from a modified room. He had the air vented inside the trailer not out, and central A/C. If you have A/C on 24/7, that will draw attention in the colder months.

if your not gonna live their why do a hut... do a sealed room..
o.k. are we talkiing trailer trailer or manufactured home..? most mh come with central a/c...
I don't see why a manufactued home or double wide would use so much less power..
most have washer/dryers, a/c's, fans, computers, tv's,
stove, microwave, ect.....
depending on size don't see why you couldn't run a 1-3k op. even more if not lived in.........
