I agree, it definately is. However, I view it in a bit of a different context entirely from the norm---I view "mind control" or "brainwashing" as an outright manipulation of an individual's personal beliefs, morals & philosophy. When a person with a few letters behind their name graduates college & gains the societal-given power (so to speak, for the lack of a better way to put it) to manipulate those things, I believe that's what constitutes mind control & brainwashing. I believe it's a very subtle route, and a very detrimental one in the long-run pertaining to personal strength & individuality.

yep, context is a great thing; specially if you consider why substances like dmt, which are already naturally within your brain as we speak, are illegal no conspiracy there folks, but let me tell you, it is illegal to have your own neurochemicals in your own head.

you can't use mj or coca either, even though the founders of the americas all did. why are our younger generations mis-informed on the issue of substances rather than truly educate them? knowledge is power. again, as you said, context is important, what is your context when you see no intentionality behind these absurd controls of modern societies? intention is what defines conspiration.

I am all for self help. The thing I depise is the "Dr Philling" of America. People in the US today are so quick to admit what's wrong with them.Most think just admitting it is all that's needed. They forget the change part. "I keep it real, at least I admit it, I'm a sociopath."
I also love how so many Americans are experts at hiding behind the latest creation of Big Pharma. "Get off my case, it's not my fault, it's my restless leg syndrome"

i was born in the 60s and we never had to take drugs and we played more out side.
building tree houses and things riding bikes was wondering why did the government care about digital TV.why is it mandated thank about it high definition tv.is it really for the viewer or marketing or is there something else there .like a clearer way to send your subconscious meseges.look at how much people believe every thing that is sead on tv or on the news.if it was not for opah ther would be no oboma.and most of oprahs oudiance is whites .i think wher all sheep and ther is some dum ass americans .
we are all grown up thinking who has the most wins.its sad and i wounder wher this is all headed but i guess i will sit back and watch while i smoke my joints and open my mind to other ways of thinking.

i just have to throw in my experience with the psych field.
everyday i had to watch my father deteriorate in a hospital bed we set up in the living room.
the doctors told me i was depressed, having psychotic symptoms.
i was pretty sure i was just sad and frustrated my father was dying.
the world is not that simple.
i required anti-depressants and anti-psychotics so i could shuffle into school and get my edjumacation

Nikijad4210........you know the answer......they're not, there's a very negligible impact they make. They prescribe or suggest the use of slightly harmful drugs to fix "deviations" and "abnormalitites." They also worry people because there are experts on TV telling us of the growing narcissism, defiance and cliquing of teenagers, almost like they are obligating the parents to do something they aren't able to do: be perfect parents.

It's conformity, it is comfort, it's tradition.

All of our founding fathers had big balls. If they were alive today would either be in jail. Or heavily medicated. Or Both. those are a bunch of guys I would love to meet. By modern standards they all would be fucked in the head. Marijuana is still illegal. They grew it. And they were not the ones who criminalized it. The people that criminalized it were scared little pussies. People who actually have power know they have it. They don't make decisions based on weather or not they will remain in power. If they do, they are not really in control. Cannabis was criminalized out of fear. Its really funny how someone with "character" or personality often is rebuked. Being passionate is often frowned upon in todays society. A brave new world? If so, I want some soma.

The Psych industry is not destroying America. People that cant make a rational decision for themselves however are. And they seem to be the majority, these days. Everyone needs to Man Up, and grow a pair. Speak up. And think for themselves.
