Sugah Bliss Glazed Carrots

Here's a nice little Ital recipe to serve over some rice, with salad and fish... (Or meat of any kind)... its too easy to make... and very easy to manipulate to suit your own needs.... And your desert will sink in right around the time you take the last bite of the meal!

Top to bottom should only take 20-25 mins!

Ingredients and supplies needed

-Skillet or frying pan
-Spatula
-Cannabutter*

*Recipe can be made with only Cannabutter, only regular butter, or a combination of both...

-Vegetable or Corn Oil
-Brown Sugar
-Honey
-Bag of Carrots
-Fresh Parsley or thyme

1-Wash and peel as many carrots as you think you and/or your company could be eating... Probably 4-5 large carrots for 2 people who REALLY like carrots...

2-Cut the carrots diagonally about 1 cm thick to create round 'disks' that arent too thick or see thru.... and leave them on a plate off to the side...

*Alternatively, you could skip having to cut the carrots, by using baby carrots... just wash and peel them and leave them on a plate off to the side...

**When you eventually add your carrots to the skillet or frying pan, you want to have enough 'liquid' to submerge and cover the carrots, but not enough that they are floating around....***

3- Turn on the stove, and add a tablespoon of oil.... When its heated, but not burning, turn down the stove to Low setting and SLOWLY melt enough butter to create a liquid thats roughly half an inch deep.... (dont worry you wont be eating all of it!)

***You could use cannabutter at this stage, but I personally think its a bit of a waste because you need to cook the carrots for about 20 mins... and in a frying pan theres a good chance you might denature the THC****

4- Now you should have a golden, brownish liquid about half an inch deep thats just coming to a simmer....At this stage Add a good 1-2 heaping table spoons of your brown sugar...but dont go nuts and dont let the sugar burn!

5- Add a tablespoon of honey and stir the mixture constantly... you dont want it to get too hot and start burning... and you're NOT trying to fry the carrots!!

This is your Glaze....

6- Add about half the amount of carrots to the skillet and make sure they are submerged under the 'liquid'...add more carrots if there is room or if they are floating, or add more butter or oil if there isnt enough 'liquid' to soak them in...

You basically want to simmer them in the oil for 15 mins, striring them around every 5 mins or so, and making sure they stay nice and coated in the oil... DONT LET THEM FRY OR BURN!

7- When the carrots are starting to become soft, Get out your cannabuttah... heres where things become very subjective... if you want to black out... throw alot in! or even use Cannabuttah only for the whole recipe, keeping things very very low temps....

Melt the cannabutter into the mixture and continue with the simmer thats now a little more soupy..... Yes you will have what looks like a lot of oil and fat swimming around in there! But you should be able to use that glaze again and again....Five mins later u shud be done

TASTE IT! THE CARROTS SHOULD BE SOFT AND SWEET! You can add a little more sugar or honey or even salt and pepper if you like depending on your tastes...

8- When the carrots have gone soft throughout and before they shrivel up, fish them all out of there and serve over white or brown rice and sprinkle a lttle parsley or thyme over the carrots... or pour out the whole pot into a serving bowl, sprinkle with parsley or thyme and eat as a side dish....

Enjoy the meal with Love and Joy
