Been busy as can be lately.... Wake up and leave before the sun gets up and arrive back at home after sundown.... Between the new job, my buddy's cannabis, and my girlfriend, I've sort of run out of "freetime" lately.... By the way, yes mossy she doesn't mind cannabis... Used to, but she now knows the truth behind this plant... She was there at this fall's harvest and couldn't smell a foot long powerhouse flower even when she held it to her face!

She likes to tag along and help me take care of my buddy's garden. She's learning quick....

I'll try harder on catching up tomorrow... Spring's here, time to grow some trees!

Waiting patiently for the ground to dry out... Doesn't look to will happen any time soon...

Forgot to say..
Last night..I went up to say night-night to the girls..
well..
I went up to check their water before the lights come on.
8pm..18 degrees..and for the first time in 3-4 weeks..no wind.

When I got upstairs..there was the most wonderful smell of incense.
The air was heavy with it..
and I didn't care..because it smells absolutely nothing like what I would expect canna to smell like.
It smells exotic..and expensive..

I had been smelling it under the light..but I didn't know Who it was..
then when I shifted my crosses outdoor..the smell went..
so I know it is in one of them..
and I WANT IT.

or it is going to drive me NUTS..

I JUST LOVE THAT SMELL..and the effects of the bud that comes with the smell of course..
Keep your fingers crossed that I can pin-point which one it is.

straighten the leaves out..and there is the damage...
I caught 3 more on the JEM I saw them on first..
and that one above on the ALF..

I have taken the JEM down..she is almost ready..so there is no point letting them spread to the others.

The ALF is a Doll.
One of the Best I have seen.
I have given her 2 sticks to rest against..she is just at the top heavy with bud stage..and absolutely covered in sticky..sparkling bling.
She has darkened down considerably...
I would say almost anthracite..
she looks evil..
and seeded.

Anybody see the report in the Daily Mirror that they are definite going to
re-class the cannabis in the UK..back up..next month.

Reclassify cannabis??? But why? What the world, I thought we were talking realistically about cannabis lately.... Oh yeah, its probably all the anti schizophrenia crowd and their false assumptions.... So rediculous.... Why spend the money to try and find and arrest someone for growing this most beneficial plant?

Mossy if you want to get a smell of her and her only, just rub the stem a bit and smell your thumb and finger... Do this with each one, and you can actually do some early selection....

Did it a couple times myself... Those chunky micks are gonna be good smells like!

well..
with a lot of help from The Slickster last season..
we pinned the Mud #1 pheno as being BlueBerry dom..
so she should be a real good "strengthening" cross with the JEM.
I am expecting Great things..and she is fulfilling..ATM.

Got to watch the responsiveness of these plants first hand yesterday.... (update still coming... )

One of the chunky micks in a 6 inch pot was wilted from being rootbound and being skipped a day on watering.... Gave her a little drink when I got there, and within 5-10 minutes she was a smilin at me....

The gals are definately flexing out those kinks.... A couple of the worst had to be rekinked.... Either we raise the light, or we do more kinking/training....

Will stop in the new thread later when I;ve got the time....

They are tough little beggars aren't they pipe..can't help but admire them.

I super-crop..then bend anything that comes up above the bend height.

Lay them down in an "umbrella spoke" shape..max ventilation.
Just before they start to fatten..the branches go brittle again..
so I re-bend old bends if she looks as if she i going to exceed my height.

Is she showing bud colour yet...?

Doh..I came in to tell you about the scratch and sniff..
I have tried to pick her up like that before..and failed..I will explain later.
But..I did go up and re-check ALL of them..
and it threw up a hell of a smell difference on the Donkey pheno..
so it wasn't wasted.

the MM #1 pheno had the most lovely hash.
Like butter crumble in texture..colour.
Very soft..it clogs your grinder filter up.
Instead of grinding..it just seems to collapse..know what I mean.

Brilliant speedy happy high.
You feel smug with happiness..but it is all inside of you.
You are very quiet..it is too good to share.

the MM#2 pheno..(salad#1) was exactly the same..texture etc
but it is laugh out loud funny..
piss-taking and doing stupid things..
then Wallop..
and you are out of it.

Now..I am thinking it is a simple maturity issue.
The guys in the MM thread last year.
Quite a few of the MM'S came through as BB doms...so it is strong..
and the ones that went for the longer flower time..got the laugh-out-loud bud.
I think they should be similar.

The different one will be the Mud Male to JEM female.
The female..off season..was a smallish pheno..with red bits..
and the Mud male..also went over red..
I think this should make it interesting...

I'm on to the last cross..JEM/JEM IBL.
have a look at this little pot.


I have removed all but the one male as they came up.

in that one pot I have..two different purples..colour and leaf shape..


a pure white..which has to be the rarest colour..in my crosses..



two different greys..anthracite on the left..dove grey on the right..


and the big one in the centre..that doesn't know if she is going to be pink or grey ATM.

Amazing isn't it..all in one little pot..

No flower colors showing, but the stems say they're going to be black as night!

its amazing that so many hade the bb phenos from mud i bet some of that will show on through to the coddle and salad also sounds good theres nothing wrong with a little laughter

just cropped 1 female and one erma (it put out few balls), no AF, 7 weeks flowering at 12/12, waiting for smoke test, got 22gr and 6 gr

i give him more nutes than other plants (i'm using biomagno organic mineral nuties) and every day i must turn him to the light ' couse it try to grow away from the lights (its a 250w hps, cooled with a 12,5 cm 220v fan, at 45 cm of distance).

i was thinking to grow all the plants all together, let all the males pollened the gal got soem seed and collect and store every single male pollen for future crosses/experiments.
