Hey guys, here we are starting 12 grape ape seeds under a total of 426w of fluro tubes and CFLs. Just a small little grow, we've currently removed 5 males, a little more than we wanted but its ok. Currently we are 2 weeks into flowering, w/o further ado here are the pics.

i thought it was a clone only?

the seeds came from a clone that morphed last season. they were killer seeds, really healthy, could end up not being grape ape but it is definitely some indica that is for sure and we'll definitely be growing this long :)

Nice setup dgaretz!

When ya gonna ship me some of those seeds? It's about time to start hatching some seedlings.

How many plants total do you have growing now that you removed the males?

Thanks HerbGlaze :) Yea my last few grows I didn't put as much attention to, just sort of a, lets see what happens thing, but this time around I've done everything the way its supposed to be done, the way they teach you on this site lol.

I am also really curious to see the results too just because like you don't really hear of anyone using fluros and this setup was relatively cheap, very off the radar (not that i'm worried about it, but if i was..) and extremely portable. The box is built out of pvc pipe with a rectangle floor w/ pipes sticking up which are removable and the "ceiling" is similar but with pvc pipe going across aswell from which the lights are hung by a hook drilled into the pipe and held in w/ some bolts. All of it can be taken apart to be moved in about 10 minutes. This was an important design aspect for me because I'de be moving around between each grow and it has worked out really well.

As for the bud, I just hope that the amount of light we have is enough. I wasn't expecting the plants to get as tall as they did, seeing as we vegged for only like 3 weeks from seed and the pots we're using are 1 gallon pots. There are 2 sort of 'dwarf' plants that are a much smaller than the rest but they are WAY bushier, and that was what i was expecting, a bunch of small bushy plants which would be PERFECT for the fluros.

Def. for the next grow though we will have built 2 more boxes for mothers and clones so i'll be able to fill out the entire area (fits 12-15) with gaurenteed females and much less veg. I probably should have topped them too, but for now LSTing is working just fine.

I've got some new pics just need to upload them but can't right now, so I'll post later today w/ updated pics. They are coming along really nicely!

Edit: Incase anyone is wondering its 1 1/4" PVC pipe so its thick and sturdy, no worries! :)

lookin real good man. I run floros and CFLs throughout the whole grow. What are you using exactly? t12, t8...t5? I've seen soo many people adapting the floro method even through flowering with pretty good results. How long veg? \

keep up the good work!

Thanks Rob, They are the lights from home depot which if i'm not mistaken is t12? The veg is only 3 weeks from seedling to 12/12. I've got a bunch of new pics but I wont be able to post them for a few days, but I will have shots from the day that i post too :)
