would they really flower right away?

If anything the would start to flower, then revert back to veg.

If you're growing from seed under 24/7 and did the same thing would they begin to flower?
Id think so, that might be nice because then you could kill the males earlier.

anyone know?

If I were to take clones from 24/7 light and put them outdoors, how much would I yield seeing as they would flower right away.

If you put them out now your looking at instant flowering then reveg as the days get longer. Better wait it out until may... maybe keep your indoor lighting at 16/8 or 15/9.

How much you would yield depends on how big they are when you put them out. Set them out when they reach 12 inches tall. Plants under constant light will flower once you put them out, and they won't reveg if you get them out early enough. If you put them out at the beginning of April, by June you should be able to harvest them.

I can't plant it before the 1st of May. If I were to start vegging a clone 24/7 on the 1st of april, start flowering it on 15/9 indoors on the 15th, and put it out on the first, would it continue to flower?

no. It would re-veg due to the increasing daylight. you would be better off to veg under 16-8, and then move out may 1 to keep vegging through the summer .
