i have no doubt they would have come back. this wasnt a "noise" complaint or anything time-constraining. although, they did come two days before harvest and that bitch knew when i was pickin. i have a feeling she told them when i was harvesting....

i do understand what your saying. problem is they could have brought me down for questioning, they dont have to arrest me for that. plus, since 'drugs fund terrorism' they legally could detain me indefinitely until 'they figure out whats going on'.

fuck all that. all they know about me now is im a personal smoker that grows a couple plants outside in the summer. i dont have to worry about them coming back, they arent suspicious of me anymore.

my world is reality, and i would love for you to post back when someone rats you out- and you try to strong-arm the police when you know they have a witness to testify against you. yeah, great fuckin plan man- just piss them off and bury yourself before they even tell you what they are worried about . i never missed a night of sleep in my bed, and the local police now couldn't care less about me. thank you very much.

I have told my stories several times, dont need to repeat them for you. But yes, I have stood my ground on several occasions against the police. Most I won and the cops left with noting, once I lost. The one I lost it made no difference, they did get a warrant and search. And you know what, it didnt matter. After finding 40 plants in a warehouse, they charged me with possesion over 28 grams and possession of drug paraphenillia. The DA dropped the paraphenillia charge later. No cultivation or manufacturing charges


Now they are going to send you to Gitmo for terrorist activities? You lacing what you are smoking?

You never asked them what they were going to arrest you for in the first place. You never asked to see a warrant.

i told them they cannot search. hows that? and you just said your way GOT them to get a warrant. you think they couldnt get warrant in my case? they had a witness, and id be dammed if it was anonymous. i know who it was- and i told them that.. but of course they wouldnt admit to me right there that they had one. this wasnt a normal complaint, this was a rat-out... minimizing damage was all i could do.

that, or simply not answer the door and hopefully be able to take a truckload of illegal waste out to a dumpster without getting seen before the next day breaks... ahem... yeah....

Yo, 2 jays, in my state the cops can only legally detain you for 23 hours before they either have to charge you for a crime or let you go. If you denied them entry into your house, what crime could you be charged with? You can't be charged with a crime if you keep silent and not say anything. As bad as those low life pigs were, you have to admit that they followed the law, otherwise they would have just kicked your fucking door down and lied about everything that went down and what you said.
If you stonewalled 'em then their job would have been a lot harder, because they obviously did not have enough evidence to obtain a search warrant.

And one last thing, if you know the law as well as you claim, then you would have realized that the police do not have to reveal who their anynomus tipster is. Only if you went to trail would your right to confront your accuser. That, my friend is the sixth admendment in the Bill of Rights. The cops are under no obligation to tell you who the witness is against, lest you seek them out. By confessing you gave them what they needed not to violate your fourth admendment. I'm not even sure that could have patted you down "for safety" since you were in your own home.
