well..........I'm ass-backwards and smoking makes me tired and relaxed.
sativas cause mild panic attacks so before they hit,I have a mental list of stuff that needs to get done,I get my fat-ass up and fucking do it.
Realize that were only here for a visit.........and there are so many things to do positively for yourself.Become a FUNCTIONING stoner,it is possible

easy... cut back on the smoking during the day... right...
also, during the day just eat fruits and veggies... light eating of that...and water...

do that for a few days and you'll be like...wow... i'm doing alot in my day... plus the fruits and veggies and water will help you detox!

Being an athlete i yet have a very healthy feeding regimen and actually i'm smoking a sativa dominant (FLO).

Maybe it's because it's a rainy sunday, still sometimes is very difficult to do anything.







Even fuck.

stop smoking in the morning/early afternoon.. i find if i blaze right when i get up i have pretty unproductive days.
a few months ago i was feeling really wierd, had no energy, was feeling like half sick every morning.. turned out i had a little bit of a vitamin c deficiancy, i popped 1000mg of vitamin c and i felt much better within the hour.... vitamins and a good diet are crucial to feeling energized

i drink homemade orange juice on a daily basis...

Anyhow i think that not only i have to quit smoking in the day, but the whole day long... at least for some months...

Weed definitly can make you lazy. as an athlete thats terrible.

I dont smoke before 10pm or during football season cuz if not im way too lazy to lift wieghts or run. you always end up making excuses.

anway your idea to stop smoking durin the day is wat id suggest. an advantage also is that you get more baked wen u do. goodluck wit that

am i the only one who takes at least one hit right when i wake up no matter what? i mean i go to work everyday but first thing when i wake up i feel so fucked up... wayyy too tired... then puff puff for 5min and im fine.. i feel normal and not stoned..

the problem is smoking after you have been awake for awhile or in the afternoon... i can still be perfectly functional but its much easier to notice that im not totally sober.

You need better sativas, I keep at least five morning sativas available so I do not get used to them and have different smokes for the different types of work I do. Try Western Winds or Reef's highland Nepalese, or an old school skunk, all of these can work.

also helps to have a plan so that you have things to do when you get going.
