Grapefruitbowl is probably my favourite, it's a 5th generation stable cross of Purple Maui and Seettooth #3. By far the best fruity taste I have smoked.
I really love Zamal x Neville's Haze after a long cure too, it's like spicy carrots with a sprinkle of orange juice on top.
All the samples of Flo I have smoked have been great but there is one really tasty minty pheno that I particularly enjoy.
I've got a Mexican that after a good sure tastes like montholated spearmint, incredibly refreshing taste that I really love.
The ECSD pheno Sour Diesel IBL is extremely tasty and lovely, reminds me of Cheese a bit, it's very pungent and I'd have called it petrol, not diesel and of course there is good old Cheese, which I also love.
So I can't really say what's tastiest as there are so many great flavours to be had, and most weed will taste lovely if cured for 2-3 months or more. I've discovered many times that a particular set of buds will change drastically in taste and the intensity of flavour after a cure. If a bud taste great when it's first dry, like Cheese and Sour Diesel do, a good cure will only make them taste even more delicious.
If the weed you're growing now isn't very tasty, maybe you need to alter your feeding regime to include a longer flush, feed them a little less overall and cure it longer, there are many things you can do to reduce the tastiness of the end product. Feeding a little less in flower might reduce overall yield a tad but will often increase the tastiness of the buds. Some people can spot the taste of under flushed bud a mile away, but a sure way to tell is by how well it burns, if you have to keep relighting your joint and you notice any popping or fizzling as it burns, it isn't flushed enough, the real big giveaway though is the colour of the ash, it should be very pale gray, almost white, if it's black or gray then it's not had enough flushing. The only thing you can do then is water cure the buds, but this will ruin the taste anyways.

I have an AK-47 cut, from '96-'97 seed stock, that tastes just the way Serious describes it, and it is unique and wonderful. It has a deep sndalwood-skunk taste that has hints of something sweet, but I can't put my finger on how to describe it. I have some NYCD x Cotton Candy, from Hemp Depot, that tastes wonderful! the Diesel and Haze comes through in the taste...YUMMY! I also have a Power Plant x White Widow cross, that a friend made, that tastes deliciously dank as well.

HeY Now, it's all good to my taste buds, but we all have favorites. One of mine is something i smoked in Jamaica called Marconi. Dank and cured by being buried in a jar in the ground. Real Lambsbread too, you could smoke that all day long and it never bite you. I like being impressed by something new. Still Any herb I grew myself,without mistakes, tastes best to me.
Deep Chunk- pine, hash, skunk, etc.... awesome taste!, it's just such a unique taste it's an instant keeper.
Strawberry Diesel- lemons, fuel, and strawberries, amazing! depending on pheno some are more berrier then others.
California Orange- strong citrus (lemons and oranges) depending on pheno though! get the right one and it' hard to stop smoking.
White Russian x Afghan- some kind of sour candy or just plain candy, it kind of has a hint of floral too. excellent smoke and one of my favs so far.
Jack Herer x Afghan- limes, hashy, and hazy, it has one of those smells and tastes you won't forget.
Kodiak Gold- tang and floral sweet, a unique taste for sure.
AK48- cherries and sandalwood, I loved the taste of this pheno.
So far these are the best tasting strains I've grown. I'm about to try some C99 and Notherenberry soon and I'm sure they will be on the list. The C99 just smells so lovely I know it's got to taste good.

The most memorable no question is a pheno of Bubblegum. It's all about smell, not so much taste though, but it smoks very nice too. Each time I open a jar with that herb I get unstoppable saliva production and barely able to hold myself from eating it. Amaizing, really. Hazes smell pretty cool but they're often more of an unnatural scent to me, chemical and I am not a big un of chemicals tickle my nose. Don't like sharp pine and diesel hints as well. My love goes to smooth and round pinapple, mango, and sweeter lemony scents that don't have a chemical feel to them. I would suggest going with sweet skunk strains, bubblegum, C99. I have MNS Mango Haze cross beans, hoping to find a good tasty pheno there as well.
I love maroccan hash for taste more then anything, thick clouds of it sitting with a bong on the floor in the middle of the room.
