anyways FUCK ALCOHOL! i blacked out and totalled my 95 camaro and as soonj as the air bags deployed i saw the cherries a flashin. i went on a foot persuit jumped a few fences (why not i was already fuckd and i hate 5O.. )
long story short i was in county only for A few hours but i lost my phone and need a sober mother fucker to bail me out so i called my moms. our relationship is rocky and as soon as she took me home she wanted to come in! at first i rufused but that proved to be odd... next thing i know my moms in my rooom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i must say tho i think she was kinda impressed and prolly disapointed at the same time

Running in that situation is dumb, they have your car and will just be at your house by the time you get there. . . . 13 years ago, I had the same mentality about drinking and driving no big deal right?. In high school I almost lost a couple friends in an accident. Then a couple years later a friend I went to high school with drove off the road and down an embankment. He died from internal bleeding before anyone found him. For some reason it took a couple years to figure out how I was f@cking up, even after all that happened. I dont like how I lived this part of my life but Im thankful I didnt get in any accidents or kill anyone in the process.

Didn't you people learn anything from prohibition in the 1930's? It doesn't make alcohol go away it sends it underground. Weed is illegal and millions of people still use it every day so your argument has no substance. I don't like to drink often but I do enjoy a jack and coke from time to time and just because you guys can't use alcohol responsibly doesn't mean responsible users like myself should be punished. I drink and I don't get in cars and drive. You don't have to either.

being from North Carolina I can tell you alcohol doesn't go away once its illegal. when alcohol was outlawed illegal moonshine stills were set up all over North Carolina and all over the south which then sold their product to criminal gangs (the mob) that killed and murdered to protect their product. A lot like what happens today with some illegal drugs. Even more people died from bad batches of moonshine. So I don't know how making alcohol illegal would do an ounce of any good. People will just make it stronger and sell it underground and thats what will happen.

No rattling of the feathers but on cannabis boards I always hear the "lets outlaw alcohol..." argument from time to time and I'm just like wait... what good is that gunna' do ya' know? Just like outlawing cannabis has done little to no good. And we should have learned something from prohibition.

I agree though drinking and driving is shitty. When I was 18 one of my school mates died in a drinking and driving accident. My sisters boy friend died while drinking and driving. I know another guy who is in prison right now for killing someone. Its such a shame to because they are all good people but they fucked up. Its such a shitty way to die too.
