Hey norcalkell,

Take this over to the outdoor growers section, theres lots of norcal growers over there. In fact, once there, do a search for norcal and you'll get more info than you can handle I suspect.

I live in Cali and let me tell you, Romulan grows great in Norcal. I have seen it next to bcgodbud, bcBlueberry, Ogre, Granddaddypurple, sensi star and many others. Romulan always comes out the best. With a full veg you can get close to one pound per one out door romulan. If you can find it, that is your best bet for quality and good yeild.

If you are near the coast, Rommers may pick up Powdery Mildew.... Sure tastes good, if you can pull it off. The trichs are literally covering each other, if you can pull it off. Don;t stress that buggah, or else, here comes Miss PM.....

I think many people are going for what is called "The Cheese," (sorry British brothers - but none of the Cheese I tried privately in AMS, or in shops was as tasty as this cut) of late, well N of the GG Br... It is a cut originally from a very early pack of Big Buddah Cheese.

In a greenie, or bare sunlight, great results. Much better than indoor. It has proven to yield as much as the container siZe allows....

Very good regarding Mildew and Botrytis resistance. Heavy Sativa influence in the leaves, allows good light penetration, but the buzz is solid -fuzzy-satisfying-no ceiling... Some plant them directly with amended soil in a hole in the ground. This particular cut also offers excellent Bubble bag results.... YUM...!

Above all the strains stored in the fridge, this one was the jar I kept going back to, 'til it was gone..... Awwwwwww.

Yeah my folks deal with that powdery mildew shit almost everyyear. Ive had good luck with the grandaddy though. Goo, crosses always turn out some of best buds where were at, bout 40 degrees longitude. Ima try safari mix from mandala, TnR from kc, and BC Godbud. Grape Ape does some heavy yields though... Im also finna do some black comet, a local strain(actually called somethin else but the breeder doesnt want it out like that) sposed ta be pounds of gooy dark purple resin, will see.....

I would recommend Mr. Nice Master Kush x Skunk, or even Sensi Seeds Afghani #1.

Good luck.

Everyone gives a choice but here is some Flodica outdoors somewhere north of Sac. That is a 6 foot chainlink fence next to it.

Flippin through the BBoB volume three, if I had the season like you lucky cali growers do, i'd try very berry haze from apothecary, nov 1st finish they say in cali-and they say 19 pounds possible per plant.Maybe thats a typo or extreme exaggeration, don't know, a tenth of that would be decent, course a 15 foot tall pure sativa might be a bit troublesome to manage.
